They ALWAYS serve cold fries. I had mine replaced twice, and they lied and said the first two just came out of the grease. After going inside, the manager made them fresh, and then the box wasn't even full.

Once again I'm caught in the middle of a fight between Taco Bell and Door Dash, neither one taking responsibility for my missing items. I really don't care which one reimburses me I'm just tired of the "it wasn't me" argument. I had to call Door Dash corporate to get results before I guess I can do it againUnfortunately, I'll have to curb my craving for tacos.

food is okay, but only when they get the order correct. their drive thru order screen doesn't display your items, and they don't recap the order. I've had items missing almost every time. I'm not coming back to this one.

Bruh, dont go to the Nicholasville TB, they messed up my order, i go in to get it fixed and a guy that just finished smoking came in to help. He didnt wash his hands, and touched my food with his bare hands. And for some reason my burrito is weirdly wet and gross inside.
Ordered a chicken chalupa and got a burrito instead, Taco Bell is good but the service is a little slow, not sure if I will be back at this location.

This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell’s it’s nasty dirty smells bad inside. When you ask for something to not be on your food they put extra. They would be better off to just shut this location down. It’s disgusting. No beans on the Mexican pizza I got extra! I’m scared to tell them about it for the risk of them spitting in my food. Do not go to this one go down the road to the other location it’s much better!

actually sucks. always forgets something you order or has “ran out”. Had me sitting in the drive thru for about 8 minutes because my freeze was still “freezing” eventually I was told it was taking to long and asked what else I want.. before that I was told they were out of black beans, which isn’t much to pay for extra for but still. I get home and open my chalupas and it’s literally only the rice add on. No meat. Close down already so a business that’s worth anything can be here.

This location didn’t give me my full order. I went back to the store after a few phone calls to them to remedy the situation. When I got there I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. So here I am still no burrito and no refund. The worker and manage that talked to me were rude and unhelpful. I had my receipt and order number but they refused to help. Any other fans of Taco Bell should avoid this location at all costs.
