The only reason I come here is my kids like it. Could not hear the person at the drive-thru. Maybe one out of every words I can understand or hear with no radio playing. Had issues hearing her at the window so it wasn't just the drive-thru. There was no one in there and no one at the car drive-thru yet. Still had to wait a while for food so and it was tacos and a burrito. Nothing difficult The same soft shell tacos used to be $0.99 a piece. They're like $250 a piece now. I have to convince the girls to find something else they like

Better than the "top of the town Taco Hell". Plus they don't act like you're getting on their nerves for getting food there and making them do something. Whether they're faking it or not doesn't matter.
I’m really glad I gave Taco Bell a try again just so I could see how bad fast food really is in this country. I ordered one measly quesadilla, which was cold when I got it. They couldn’t even properly put my Taco Bell lid on and it spilled all over my nice dress clothes when I took a drink out of it. Safe to say, I will never be eating any fast food ever again.

Food always cold. People standing in the food prep area eating. Employees standing outside with their gloves on then going back in and making food. Messed up order. I’ve given them at least five chances over the past couple years. Where is management? Maybe the health department needs to step in!!!

Seriously how do you forget to put lettuce on a taco??... Service was slow as molasses, watched the manager slowly make my order. This was a mobile order and I still had to sit and wait. Such a waste of my lunch break and money.

we went up to Taco Bell. they forgot 6 tacos and a drink. Our food was cold when we got it. this is outrageous. Taco Bell do better.

Made an order on the app around 11:00pm. I pull up to drive-thru and am told at the speaker “systems are down”. I said I had an online order and he just repeated himself. He then calls me “dumbass” as I drive away.Now I have to go through the very difficult refund process through Taco Bell.
