Taco Bell used to succeed because it was cheap and open late. Now every menu item is tripled in price, the portions have noticably shrunk, and it's barely open past midnight. They've lost the plot. Taco truck across the street is a better value for your money.

Good service, they always seem to be busy but keep the line steady moving. My order has always been correct. I just wish Taco Bell would figure out a way to wrap the food so you know what is what. Maybe slap a sticker on each item or something.

I got three soft tacos few nights ago and young fella that put it together didn't put even a tablespoon of meat on any of them. The tortillas were pretty much empty except for lettuce. That dude needs work drive-thru or something.

We just left there from ordering take out. We haven’t been in a long time due to poor service and food. We decided to give it another try because I really wanted something off of the new menu. Well… we will not be back to another Taco Bell. You all keep building them but can’t even provide what customers deserve at the locations you have. I just spent $68 for four people for dinner. We have not been to Taco Bell for a very long time due to poor service and poor quality food. I really wanted to try a new menu item that rolled out today. One that I LOVED back in the day. So we went back. Bad idea and complete waste of money. I just spent almost $8 on 2 chili cheese burritos and pretty much got all tortillas. I got 10 soft tacos for my kids and ALL 10 were wrong. There was a family of 3 there with a toddler. They were waiting for their food when we walked in the door and still did not have it when we left. I heard him ask them 3 times where his food was. They told him 5 minutes and it never came. How much food could they have really ordered for 2.5 people to dine in. I am extremely disappointed. I am sorry that these employees dislike their jobs so much but I have never encountered the employees I do everytime I go to a fast food place anymore. While I know this review will not do anything to create lasting change for the quality of service or food I hope it keeps people from wasting their money at Taco Bell anymore. It is NOTHING like it used to be. Not even close.

I had went through drive thru to order and before I ordered my quesadilla I asked and made sure they’d actually put a good amount of chicken in it because if I’m spending 6$ I want 6$ worth of chicken, well there was all of 12 pieces of chicken in it, so I had called to have it replaced because it was literally tortilla with a dash of chicken, well when they remade it they literally made it the same way but more cheese this time to try to cover up the fact they didn’t actually put a worthy amount of chicken in it. The corner pieces were literally just tortilla even the second time around. The ladies were nice but whoever was in the kitchen did not meet the standards honestly, prices are way too high in this economy for yall to be skimping on the meats in the food. P.s I even showed them the first quesadilla and how there was nothing in it and they still made it the same way.
I gave two ⭐ just because the little short woman with tattoos doesn't listen to the customer's wants. I asked for extra ice in my drink I'm more about the Ice than the drink itself, The food was okay and the cook gave me what I wanted. When the customer doesn't get the service they want they go elsewhere and that's just what we did.

The only reason I come here is my kids like it. Could not hear the person at the drive-thru. Maybe one out of every words I can understand or hear with no radio playing. Had issues hearing her at the window so it wasn't just the drive-thru. There was no one in there and no one at the car drive-thru yet. Still had to wait a while for food so and it was tacos and a burrito. Nothing difficult The same soft shell tacos used to be $0.99 a piece. They're like $250 a piece now. I have to convince the girls to find something else they like

Better than the "top of the town Taco Hell". Plus they don't act like you're getting on their nerves for getting food there and making them do something. Whether they're faking it or not doesn't matter.
