This is the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever entered. Service was great and although one small detail was not right, it was fixed immediately. I stopped going to Taco Bell over the last few years because it was dirty but this one on Hope Court is great!

This is the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. Every time I visit I’m shocked at how good the food is and the great customer service I receive. You don’t get great service like that at many Taco Bell’s or most fast food restaurants. The food was so good and fresh. The young lady at the window provided excellent customer service.

Since this location opened I have went there a couple times and always had issues from cinnamon twist tasting like old oil, order's messed up, missing food, a taco with 3 shells and many other issues. Kept giving this location chances because of how close it is but after this last order that wasn't even eatable I am over it.

Ordered chicken enchilada burritos last night. Got home to eat and there was just rice inside. No chicken or sour cream. Also ordered burritos with steak but they were ground beef.

Had a great experience ordering at this brand new Taco Bell. I always customize my order a fair bit and they were 100% accurate and the employees were kind. (If coming from Lexington, I recommend turning left onto Ashgrove Road because there isn’t a light on the road closest to the Taco Bell. Hopefully one will be added soon.)

I ORDERED A NACHO BELL GRANDE AND IT LOOKED LIKE THEY GAVE ME ALL THE CHIPS FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG AND I ORDERED NO SOUR CREAM ON MY TACOS N OF COARSE ALL OF EM HAD SOUR CREAM TRIED TO CALL UP THERE AND THEY SENT ME STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL DO BETTER TACO BELL
Ordered a party pack of soft tacos today. Every one of them was hard shell. The kids wont eat them because they dont like the corn tortillas. I double checked the reciept and the sticker on the box, both say 12 Beef Soft Tacos. So double check your order before you leave so you dont waste 20 dollars like I did, the employees clearly cant read.
