I do not understand why you would call it a smoothie bowl if it is frozen rock solid. These should be made to order every time if you’re charging $14.

Good smoothies but service sucks. I go here a few times a week, I ordered two bahama mamas. The guy made them in the same batch, that’s fine. He def put banana in them which is not correct. I asked for them to be remade, he refused to make both and only did one. This doesn’t make sense.

Last time I came here my food and drink was just thrown together. This time I came here the guy was rude to everyone except for the woman he found attractive. We waited about 30 minutes just for that same guy to hand our drinks to someone else and the lady that was working there handed our food to them as well. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. Never coming back here

So, I am just a doordash delivery person, and I went in to pick up an order. Like usual for me a crowd of people came in right after me. But, I am taking it that the man working the counter is either the owner or the manager or whoever. Memorial day, and he was alone and working by himself. But whoever he is, and even though he was super quiet, this man did an amazing job. He took orders, and took names of people picking up, and he didn't have to double check or ask or anything like this, when making and handing out the orders one after another in the order that everyone came in. To me, that deserves recognition. I appreciate you. Extremely surprised and pleased.

Their staff is really kind and inviting. They always greet me with a smile and seem genuinely happy to see me! They're patient, have attention to detail and very quick. Great service every time!

There were two people waiting when we came in. The guy at the counter just seemed very flustered and rude. Food was good. Have always had a good experience at other locations till here. Just made the whole experience uncomfortable. Will stick to my usual location from now on.

The vegetables for my sandwich had mold in them and everything was so clearly visible, they should not have been using it for customers

This place should be renamed Tropical Smoothie Lite Cafe. Come here to get half the amount of food for the same price. I've been going to the one at Beaumont center for awhile now and I went to this location a few times recently and noticed the banana crunch wrap and santa fe chicken quesadilla had something in common, they both had less of what makes them great. I'm really surprised this franchise would allow one of their franchisees skimp on the amount of food they give their customers. The least this place could do is charge less if they're going to give less.

Response to owner's response- I don't need to go to a website to tell you all what would make me happy. It's simple, just give the correct amout of food and value my satisfaction more than your profit margin.
