Went through the drive through and should have checked the bag to make sure all my order was there. When I get home. They forgot my 10 piece nuggets. When I called back for a refund where I didn’t receive part of my order they said there was nothing that they could do unless I drive back to the restaurant. That’s extra gas money for their mistake. I don’t understand why they can’t send money back to the bank card.

Frequently get parked for long periods of time and order is often wrong. Food usually tastes good to great and it is a late night options when others aren’t open. Price is not friendly they have raised all their prices and reduced the portions. I frequently get angry with the length of time parked when it’s supposed to be fast food and drive through. They will often give you your drinks to have during the wait but never give you straws so the kids can at least enjoy their drinks. For the cost and service here, it’s cheaper to eat at Cracker Barrel where you can sit and relax, be waited on and your food is served hot and correct.

When I ask her to put cream and sugar in my coffee at the drive thru and she laughed at me, I new right then that the standards in this place was very low. Cold coffee, how do u get cold coffee & no cream or sugar... not even in the bag. SMH!

everytime i go my food is cold EVERY SINGLE TIMR fries are just god awful cold soggy just makes you sick then the burghers don’t even get me started. worse fast food restaurant IN KENTUCKY
They need to be retrained on how to make a proper chili cheese fry.
also annoying when they take my credit card and close their very tinted windows and keep my card with the window shut until my food is ready.
and there is a younger guy, tan/dark skin and black hair that usually works the drive thru. he has a horrible attitude every time I come through. I don’t know who hurt him but I know it wasn’t me, I'm just trying to get food.
