My sweet tea tasted weird, my nuggets were uncooked, my fries didn't look wrong but tasted dull, And my bacon sandwich didn't even have bacon on it. I felt like I vomited without pueking.

Every single time we order something it’s wrong. Every single time. Fries are cold. No sauces for nuggets that I paid EXTRA for. No frosties. Eventually you all might figure out that you are providing a service. You aren’t doing people a favor by giving them what they pay OUTRAGEOUS prices for. Do better. At this rate you all should just close down because your staff doesn’t care to do even a sub par job.

went in to use restroom and order a small snack around/after 10:30 am waited in line and the lady at front register was handwriting orders and i instantly walked out because her fingernails were legit black under neath each one. There is no way she is washing her hands. Literally disgusting. She had no teeth and appeared med age/older but i didn’t look at name tag bc nails repulsed me.

Service at Keeneland store late night is awesome. So nice when you know they are ready to go home! Cinnabon and nugs all day!
Absolutely the worst store ever... I love Wendy's but I won't be going back here. Dry burgers at dinner. And breakfast drive thru person is rude and needs to be fired... came across the speaker what do you want... um nothing bye.

Ordered through door dash tonight. It all tasted and felt as if it had been sitting all day. My burger and spicy nuggies were dry, tough, and chewy. Fries tasted different, and were old and chewy. My onion and pickle (on my burger), tasted less fresh than usual and were soggy. Edit: it is the next day. The food made me spend my entire morning sick. 🤢 Would not recommend

3 days in a row and I've officially proven that this location does a poor job either changing they're fry oil or just letting the nuggets cook all the way through in general. 3 days straight and the nuggets taste stail and undercooked and just absolutely terrible compared to the other local locations. Hopefully they take my otw and they're won't be a fourth day in a row when I'm I pay my last visit tomorrow for my lunch break. Save your money and go to another Wendy's if that's what your craving this location disappoints.
