The fat drive through lady, the one with herpes who handles everybody’s food before it goes out (that has got to be a health hazard) is rude every time I’m there, snide as hell. Forgot my burger and then was rude when I asked for it. Ended up just leaving without it before I lost my cool. Definitely won’t be back. 1/10 service. Do better.

My mom had ordered food and they made her food wrong. She didn’t eat any of the food and came back to get a refund and they told her she couldn’t get a refund and had to wait until tomorrow when the GM came and proceeded to argue with her because she wanted a refund, and was very rude and decided they were going to remake it. Not only that the shift leader lied and said the Gm would be here tomorrow but another worker said the Gm won’t be back until next week . I recommend not going to this one if you want better customer service.

Honestly when I first looked at my order it was a little disappointing … half of the cheese on my Baconator Fries weren’t melted and looked stale.The workers were also, ‘not hot’ and ‘too old.’ lolololjkBut forreal those fries really do suck.

I went with a large group, and during the order they forgot both my sandwich and drink for my 5 dollar biggie bag. Upon calling them, they insisted that no such order came in and refused to do anything about it. I have been scammed out of an entire sandwich and drink with not even an apology. I highly recommend NOT coming to this location. Other locations of Wendy's have given me no issues.(Not to mention that the fries were only half full and the food was all cold, although I'm willing to chalk that up to being in the car for a few minutes.)
First problem was when I got my drinks..one was the wrong size and wrong drink (totally diff color) sprite and coke shouldn’t be mistaken..so that was total lack of care or attention. Second problem was when I checked my sack and one of my fries weren’t the right size. After all that was taken care of I ran into a third problem at home when I went to eat which was a 6 piece spicy nugget that looked like they were overcooked (due to dark color) and also quality and temperature makes me certain they were cooked during lunch time but it was 10:30 soooo. They just can never get things right the first time anymore. Ridiculous

Used the app, the order had one item wrong and was missing SIX items I paid for. SIX. You basically robbed me. Get people who can count the items on the receipt and see if there are that many items in the bag. Simple stuff.When we told the person at the drive thru about the error, they told us we were wrong. Receipt showed we were correct. No apology. Still didn't give me my six missing items.
