Came through at 7am no one answered the speaker in drive thru so I back up and redrove over the sensor again nothing. Drove to the window no one there. Honked got nothing. Tried drive thru again and nothing. Saw an employee sitting in the lobby. Finally called and they were like yes we are open and had no reason for not answering the drive thru and the employees are usually rude and seem to hate there job.

Chicken tenders tossed in garlic parm are so disgusting and it wasn't just the sauce. Was like eating breaded cardboard soaked in Italian dressing. So disgusting never again.

Pulled into the lot this morning at 8:10am needing to get a drink and use the restroom. Walked to both sets of doors to and tried them to find out they were locked. Clearly stated on both doors that the lobby as well as drive-thru was already open.has a lady on a laptop in the lobby look up and wag her finger at me like I was a child or pet that acted up. When I pointed to the sign clearly stating that the lobby was supposed to be open she shrugged her shoulders and tossed her hands up instead of actually coming to speak at the door. How little of a shit do you have to give about your customer base to be that rude and disrespectful over something so simple.

I’ve eaten here a few times in the last few months but no more. Maybe it’s just the evening shift that is lacking, but that’s the only time I go. Typically they seem to have no problem getting my order right but man, why does everything taste like it’s been sitting around for way too long? Burgers not juicy at all or even kinda hot and nuggets that are stale, dry, and lukewarm. Wendy’s can be pretty good, but typically not from this location.
