They are absolutely rude! Specifically a young kid named, Tyler! Good grief! The food was about as lousy as it comes. Cold fries ! That kid has ABSOLUTELY no place working in customer service! The manager was lazy and unmotivated as well! I asked her who was working the drive and she said there were several. I expressed specifically who was at the food window. She didn’t know that either. Wow! Pathetic for the people to wanna spend their hard earned money there!

Service was fantastic and the food at Wendy's is always great. However, I tried the thin mint frosty and the guy who made did his thang! It was amazing! He was a super nice guy!

Ash mash
Came through at 7am no one answered the speaker in drive thru so I back up and redrove over the sensor again nothing. Drove to the window no one there. Honked got nothing. Tried drive thru again and nothing. Saw an employee sitting in the lobby. Finally called and they were like yes we are open and had no reason for not answering the drive thru and the employees are usually rude and seem to hate there job.
