Had a pleasant dining experience today at zaxbys. "Russell " was very attentive to our needs and the dogs we excellent.
Horrible service.
They gave me the wrong order and when I went back through the drive thru everyone including the manager was extremely rude. They treated me like I was in the wrong for asking for what I had already ordered and paid for.
No concept of customer service.
