Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Had a pleasant dining experience today at zaxbys. "Russell " was very attentive to our needs and the dogs we excellent.

Feb. 25. Just left there. Got home, meal was shorted. BUT WHEN WE CALLED WE WERE INFORMED EVERYONE THERE HAS THE FLU. VERY SHORT ON HELP. WHYBTHE HELL ARE THEY TOUCHING PEOPLES STUFF, AND SPREADING IT. CALLING HEALTH DEPT.

So first issue started with the drinks, which could have been easily avoided if they had simply told us the machine was down and gave another soda. Instead they handed my bf a half filled large drink. When questioned as to why, the response was along the lines of “sorry there was a lot foam so we couldn’t fill it”. THEN they offered the extra soda can. Second came with my order. Had asked for mayo and mustard packet on the side for mini sliders. Was told it would be put in the bag. Did not get the packets, just dry chicken on dry buns. We dumped the food and went to Wendy’s. Will also add they were not busy, we were the only ones in line. Never returning to this location.

The food is pretty good for fast food, but they need to work on accuracy and food handling. If you order anything with coleslaw be aware that they do not put it in any type of container, it just gets put in the food box compartment. So tipping it at all causes a mess all over the rest of your food. I've actually had to have them remake my food several times because they handed me my food and the slaw was in the fries and on my chicken (yes, I check it every time now before leaving). Seems it would be more cost effective to buy containers for the slaw rather than remake the food.

Asking for seasoning on fries should NOT be a requirement. Asking for EXTRA seasoning should not be so dramatic! Zaxbys was known for the seasoned fries. At some point, the seasoning has all but disappeared, so I always ask for extra. Drive-thru kid wanted me to be that HE PERSONALLY put extra seasoning on my fries....I know better, and upon inspection, there was barely any on them. Asking for more, yielded barely enough to cover the bottom of the container. The container costs more!¡!!

Heathens pay full price at zaxby's.It's not illegal but it's a very shady practice.Buying lunch today, the girl behind the counter asked if I went to church this morning. I said, "no" and she said, "ok".. After a few moments, I asked, "what if I said yes?"She replied, "you would have gotten 10% off your meal today".This excludes many other religions and it's not a good look for a business.

Always slow here. Bunch of high schoolers sitting around talking while I have food that needs delivered and there's no other customers here. It's ridiculous.

Fast, friendly, and delicious. This location is great. It's clean inside and outside, orders are always correct and the service is swift.

This Zaxby’s location has been consistently making delicious, hot and fresh food. My fiancé and I love coming here to get a quick bite for lunch or dinner!The service here is prompt, efficient and friendly. The staff are all kind and have always gotten our orders correct.I usually get their 8-piece boneless chicken in their Wimpy sauce with Ranch to dip, toast and fries. The chicken is always fresh, flavourful and tender, and the ranch is a perfect pairing. My fiancé likes his spice, and usually gets their boneless chicken in their Tongue-Torched sauce also with Ranch dip, toast and fries. His dish has been also consistently excellent!I definitely recommend this Zaxby’s location for some delicious, budget-friendly food. It always arrives hot, has fresh ingredients, and the staff are lovely.
