Usually zaxbys is excellent, 6-18 in the evening was a terrible experience. Nobody working the front counter so we had to wait for someone to take our order. After we ordered they left and our food sat in the window so long it was lukewarm by the time we got it. Multiple employees were in the corner cursing and complaining about their job. Normally it’s excellent but the staff in the evenings really needs some help and guidance.

Great place! Friendly staff and good food. Love taking my family there when kids eat free on Tuesdays. They even have coloring and balloons for the kiddos!

This Zaxby’s went well above to make sure my food was not contaminated by the shrimp, which I am highly allergic to. When I got my food, it was not only fresh and good, but I was reassured That they took extra precautions for me and the food was so good! Thank You team Zaxby’s you all are amazing!!

Went to zaxbys today around 11 with my 1.5 year old. They were so incredibly nice and patient with us. They were so incredibly sweet to my son. I will be returning more often it had been a long time. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed 🩵

Feb. 25. Just left there. Got home, meal was shorted. BUT WHEN WE CALLED WE WERE INFORMED EVERYONE THERE HAS THE FLU. VERY SHORT ON HELP. WHYBTHE HELL ARE THEY TOUCHING PEOPLES STUFF, AND SPREADING IT. CALLING HEALTH DEPT.
So first issue started with the drinks, which could have been easily avoided if they had simply told us the machine was down and gave another soda. Instead they handed my bf a half filled large drink. When questioned as to why, the response was along the lines of “sorry there was a lot foam so we couldn’t fill it”. THEN they offered the extra soda can. Second came with my order. Had asked for mayo and mustard packet on the side for mini sliders. Was told it would be put in the bag. Did not get the packets, just dry chicken on dry buns. We dumped the food and went to Wendy’s. Will also add they were not busy, we were the only ones in line. Never returning to this location.

The food is pretty good for fast food, but they need to work on accuracy and food handling. If you order anything with coleslaw be aware that they do not put it in any type of container, it just gets put in the food box compartment. So tipping it at all causes a mess all over the rest of your food. I've actually had to have them remake my food several times because they handed me my food and the slaw was in the fries and on my chicken (yes, I check it every time now before leaving). Seems it would be more cost effective to buy containers for the slaw rather than remake the food.
