I am super disappointed with your location today. I am a regular customer to this location and today I ordered the BBQ brisket burger, heavy on the brisket. The creepy sandwich i got was a whopper with a PINCH of brisket. Had to pay an$2 to get the heavy brisket. I can't believe you would do this to a customer. this location routinely refuses to make orders for Uber eats customers after 9pm. they're supposed to be taking online orders till 11 and have said so multiple times but will turn away drivers just trying to get food to their customers for whatever reason, even if there's literally no one else in line. if you're a customer, don't waste your time and money ordering from them after 9pm. if you are a third party delivery service driver, don't waste your time accepting orders from this location after 9pm. who knows when they'll just randomly refuse to make it. even if it's just a single meal, or a side of onion rings. they'll make it for you if you order it yourself through the drive-thru, but they won't if it's an online order.

I did drive through and my shake was completely liquidy and melted like it was over stirred or something, I ordered a fiery chicken sandwich with no tomato and ended up receiving a regular chicken sandwich with tomatoes after specifically going over what I wanted with the lady and she confirmed it. There was no sauce at all for the mozzarella sticks or French fries either and some of the fries were hard and cold like they hadn’t fully cooked.

The older possibly African American male “I say this because he was a darker brown skin and to help identify him”also had a headset and hat. He was working the first window where you pay for your order, told me I was ignorant for having a make America great hat on. I don’t appreciate having to deal with this type of stuff while I’m trying to order my food. No employee should speak to a customer like this neither should my Choice in politics matter. I come to this burger several times a week and I will not spend my money here if this is what I will be treated like. Please address this guy. This took place December 7th at approximately 9:40am.

We went there and the wait was crazy when there was only 3 cars there. They forgot our sauce for nuggets and my son was double charged. I went back the next day to get the refund and walked in the restaurant and omg it was gross. Probably won’t be going back.

Despite the drive-thru being nearly empty, we waited 35 minutes for our order. They initially said they were making fresh burgers, which was fine, but the excessive wait time was unacceptable. To make matters worse, they forgot part of my order at the window, and when we finally received all the food, everything was cold. The burger was cold and the bun was hard, and the fries were also cold and unappetizing. It's baffling how they could take so long to prepare the food and still serve it cold. You'd expect freshly made burgers to at least be warm. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this Burger King location. The poor service, excessive wait time, and cold food made for a truly disappointing visit. Lastly the Younger gentleman working the pay window was really nice and almost seemed slightly frustrated with the way his co-workers were running the kitchen.
Update- my drink tasted like some sort of cleaner

If this is the case, they should contact the platform or their corporate office and let them know they don't accept orders at a certain time so that consumers aren't mislead into thinking that delivery is available. This isn't the first time I've ran into issues with this specific location. When I was in the Army, I learned to avoid them but that was years ago. I figured they would have gotten their act together and actually cared about customer service but the stint of laziness continues.
