For fast food this place was unbelievably clean! WOW the employees were very nice and helpful. Seemed to be taking their job seriously and taking pride in their work and the clean establishment. my food was really good and fresh. I have never been big on Capt. D's- but this one location might be on my rotation of lunch places each week.

This place is spot on I am not kidding this is easily the best captain D’S I have ever been too! The nice lady that took my order to giving me exactly what I ordered and cooked to perfection. The inside is spotless and plenty of room to dine in. Great job it is a breath of fresh air to have a fast food in this area stay true to there values.

For 3 meals (catfish and 1 fish and 1 with shrimp) it cost $41.00 with NO drinks. I never recalled Captain D’s not including a drink with meals before this but I could have of used one after eating my meal. The fish and sides were very hot and received it promptly. Asked for particular sides, but didn’t receive what I wanted. Check your bag before pulling off!

I was super excited to try this Captain D's in Oak Grove. Never noticed it before, but could not miss it when I went to the NFCU next door. The drive-thru was open fairly late. Well, it was late for us... dinner at 7pm on the go... on the way home! We must have been ravenous as there are no photos when we brought the food home - what was left of it anyway. We ate most of it in the car... yes, in the dark! So, bellies full and appetites satisfied! 5 stars Fast forward to last Friday. I ordered using Uber Eats delivery as we were under the weather and outside weather was awfully cold and wet! Super excited to try the seafood meal with fish, shrimp, and stuffed crab. My little guy had the popcorn shrimp kids meal. Ugh. So disappointed. I am sure my opinion is skewed by the fact that my stuffed crab had no real crab meat in it! What do they do with the crab meat from these shells that they stuffed?!?! 2 stars I'm bumping them up to a 4 despite averaging 3.5 stars based on my two visits... only because I was pleased with the fact that the fries tasted like fries. Some places must fry everything using the same old oil, but not Captain D's. Next time, I'll try the grilled seafood options and pickup the order myself. Better yet, maybe we will try dining inside. "Fresh" is best!

Absolutely ridiculous. Pulled to the drive through 20 till 8 there was a car in front of me and the people inside refused to let either of us place an order. No wonder the business here is so slow and store is hardly staying afloat

Don't bother going unless u go an hr before there already cut hours went threw drive thru at 740 to find out that they are closing at 8 now just to be turned away because they had already shut off everything what's the point of having hours of operation if your just going to open and close when you feel like it
