Our favorite Mexican food close to base. Prices are hard to beat. We love everything Carnitas. Kids love their salsa and cheese quesadillas. I also love their rice.

Went in for the lunch buffet, but that was changed to Monday through Friday. No worries, we can order from the menu. (As we finish eating they start stocking the buffet btw)
I went with the lunch special #1. Chili relleno, a taco, and the āsaladā deal. The wait time between chips and salsa and them taking our order was a little excessive, but the waiter was in fact very polite.
The chili relleno wasnāt terrible, but not great. I was amazed at the low quality of the taco. Unseasoned ground beef, and a stale taco shell. There isnāt a lot of great Mexican food in this area, but there are a couple of good ones. This one is not one of them. The food feels forced, and unauthentic.

This is second time we e been at Cazadores. Both times meal, service & atmosphere were good. Just had to wait a long time to get our check!
They do not know how to make a burrito. I was around so I figured Iād order something to eat as take out. I ordered a standard burrito we all know and love only difference is pastor meat. They wrapped the meat in a wheat tortilla, put it in the middle of a plate, and then served rice on one side and beans on the other. Not sure how you can mess up a burrito, but I went in there to get it fixed. He apologized and got me a āburritoā⦠it was literally the same thing but now all inside the tortilla. 0 cilantro, 0 sour cream, 0 anything except the rice, beans and meat, not even folded like a burrito, so naturally all the insides dropped into the plate. The beans basically flavorless, not to mention the meat, it had the right color, but NO FLAVOR. Like it wasnāt even seasoned or something. Other than that the staff was friendly but they gotta do better⦠burritos are too common to mess up.
The food is nicely spicy as Mexican food should be.
My husband and I went for the lunch buffet that they offer. When we got there my husband wanted to look and see what food the buffet had and I'm so glad he did before we ordered, it was 12pm (their buffet is supposed to be from 11-3) and it was practically EMPTY. So instead, we ordered food off the menu and it was ok. We were there for about an hour and never witnessed them put any food in the buffet.
The service was alright, our waitress took our order, brought out our food and then completely disappeared. Another person had to bring us refills on our drinks, to go boxes and our check.
Our first time having a buffet for our favorite Mexican foods, but this one was excellent. They continuously added fresh food and everything was delicious. The service is outstanding here. This restaurant is very clean including the restrooms. You will definitely want to try this restaurant, and it is easy to find using Google Maps. They have plenty of free parking.
