they are currently closed due to flooding. honestly, they shouldn't reopen. the GM, Mr. Paul is incredibly unprofessional.

First, I used to manage a Dennys years ago. Did not not take long to get seated. The waitress was very nice but also overworked. It took almost 45 minutes before the order was being brought out. We were at the register already leaving. We did tip the waitress for the coffee and her service. I would say to Dennys that when using your “metrics” , it is not the metrics trying to explain, to the customers, why service is slow.

There was a long wait time when we first got there because they had one person running the front, cleaning off tables, and checking people out. It took a weirdly long time to even get our drinks. The food isn’t worth what they charge. Part of my order (specifically the hashbrowns) were inedible. They were overcooked and chewy. After i was finished eating they brought out the toast that was supposed to come with my meal. Another thing i noticed was inconsistent portions. My spouse ordered the exact same thing as me but my plate was half the size of theirs. I’m sure other Denny’s are better but you shouldn’t waste your time or money at this location.

Outstanding service. Highly impressed with the staff. Was more impressed with their manager. The staff had just completed a 30 person or more breakfast. When we arrived you could tell they had several tables together had not been able to accommodate anyone else. Together they were working (to include their manager) to clean up for the next group. Manager spoke up to explain what had just happened. I think him for that. He continued to clean cook check out everything he could do to help. Very impressive to see someone (the manager) working with his staff.
