Carleah went above and beyond the call of duty. From the manager to the waitress, everyone was top notch. My favorite menu items are corn creme brulee, asparagus, and the awesome brussel sprouts. The food is superb.
Steak was amazing! My wife had the hamburger. It was huge! Fries were great also! Good food! Great service from Carleah! She is amazing! Rhonda- always nice to see her! Other hostess (sorry- not sure of her name ) They are always is so welcoming and friendly! Always great to come to Garrison Oak!
My burger was amazing but my husbands food was under cook very gross. The rice wasn't cooked all the way and the asparagus ends were not cut off and they were hard
Miss Megan took excellent care of us from start to finish. She stopped by a couple of times during our meal to see how everything was. She's a gem! We'll be sure to ask for her next time. I am very disappointed to learn that you no longer offer french onion soup. That was akways my favorite thing (besides your cheesecake 😘). All in all, we had a nice meal for my birthday.
Mario is a great server and made us feel special. The steak and prime rib we ordered were not seasoned very well and slightly cool when delivered to our table. Food quality could be improved. Overall, it was a good experience.
This was from my visit on July 10.
Pls bring back the old chicken piccata recipe. The way it is now served with boxed noodles just does not make it the best in town, as it once was! Definitely an improvement in food and service though as compared to our experience in June.
We will try again to give them an opportunity to improve. The steak was good as usual. For the price, I expect it to be good. Mashed potatoes were good. The Brussels sprouts were very good. I had a cocktail - the lucky cherry daiquiri- that was yummy! Service - Carleah was awesome. She knows her cuts of beef for sure! She always made sure we were good. Such a delight to talk with! Very welcomed by Ian and Rhonda as well as their other male Host (I forgot his name - my apologies). Rhonda always greets us with a smile and a hello. Staff is great! Just bring back the old chicken piccata and it would be perfect! Thanks again for reading and following!

The staff was amazing!!
Restaurant was dimly lit to provide a sensual ambiance, although it is connected to the casino it did not smell like smoke. The food was brought up quickly and everything was top knotch. I will say I wish the entrees came with sides but you have to buy it separately. Complimentary dinner rolls and butter was a pleasant treat. You just order their desserts!!

Decided to try out the steakhouse, because I was sent a mailer coupon. It was amazing from start to finish. Carlos was friendly and seated us after telling us about all the new items offered. Mario was our waiter and he was the friendliest server I’ve had in quite some time; he engaged in banter and truly made my husband and I feel at ease with our dining experience. They start you off with delicious rolls and my husband ordered a crab cake appetizer, garlic jumbo shrimp and brussel sprouts along with a smoky old fashioned (recommended by Carlos) . I had the prime steak tips with mashed potatoes and corn creme brule. Mario brought us cheesecake for dessert 💚 We paid $63 after a $50 off coupon. Everything was over the top delicious ; we are looking forward to going here again in the future!

Finally a real delightful high end steak house in this area. We didn’t know we needed reservations so we just sat at the bar had drinks and ordered our food.
Service - again we sat at the bar but the service was still great, also the drinks are very good as well.
Appetizer - Kentucky blue crab cakes fantastic
Meal - probably top 5 ribeye steak I have ever had in my life, cooked perfectly, seasoned perfectly, all the sides AMAZING. The salmon was absolutely perfect, seasoned just right, cooked just right.
Absolutely give this place a try, it is pricey but worth every last cent.

We had a great experience, delicious food and excellent service! The host, Carlos is so pleasant. Our waitress McKenzie is always a step ahead of whatever you need!! We are always looking forward to our next meal at Garrison Oak.
We arrived at 8:40 for an 8:45 reservation! We were told that the 8:15 had still not been seated and they had also 3 other parties to seat before us. We waited as we were hungry. It seemed like many parties were departing. We were seated at 9:10. We did not receive a booth as we requested in our reservation. The climate was noticeably uncomfortable.(Bring a coat). The host was not his chipper self. His affect appeared distracted, not offering a chair as we sat. Once seated, Frank our waiter, who was about the only enjoyable part of the evening, informed us they are out of bread and some menu items. We gave him our order, as we had made our selections while waiting. Frank was confident they were out of the item my husband wanted. Frank inquired with the chef stating they have 1 portion of the pork available. This is the reason Frank received 2 stars in my review. He was polite, friendly and mostly attentive. He put forth great effort despite the restaurant deficits. At 9:40 Frank decided to check on our food. It's almost an hour to get a chicken piccata w/carrots and a pork chop w/asparagus. Frank quickly returned with our order in tow. This is the 2nd time I ordered the chicken piccata. I ordered it because it was delicious the first time I ordered it. I wish I could say it was worth the wait. The pork chop was very dry and over cooked. The asparagus was ice cold. The sauce that the chop was in was the only saving grace. My husband has cancer and chokes very often if the food is dry. If it weren't for the sauce he would not be able to eat it at all. We were very hungry at this point. The chicken piccata was very good in temperature. It was very sad looking though and only 2/3 portion in comparison to 17 days earlier. The Kurvball whiskey glazed baby carrots were amazing! The highlight of the evening! When Frank inquired as to the food taste we voiced our critique. Frank offered a complimentary desert, to which we declined.
The food was great! It was a little pricey for what you received, service was lacking a bit, I think they needed more servers. It was very loud inside but I guess that's what you would expect in a casino. Overall I would definitely go back for the food. My steak was fantastic... One suggestion I would hire more servers. Oh we did have reservations and had to wait 30 minutes, past our reservation time to be seated
