Jersey Mike's Subs

I have never been anywhere in my life that consistently has this great of service. The employees are kind,friendly and always have a positive attitude. Not to mention they make your food in a most timely manner. The sandwiches here look like they do on TV and taste amazing. Keep up the absolutely superb service and do something nice for these employees they deserve it !

Better then subway super fresh subs only place I get my subs.

Ordered a sandwich Mike's Way for pick up and the entire thing was oiled down to the point where it was inedible that I had to throw it away

We were ordering a company paid lunch & tried to order it online, the gift card was not processing online, so we called it in and we’re going to pick it up.. when we got there to pay, it declined the gift card again- upon checking the balance, the online order processed the payment already and took all the funds from the gift card. When speaking with the employees, they refused to do anything, even with proof showing it processed.. she tried saying we placed the order in a different location (it was not, it processed at the oak grove store). Just all around unpleasant.

The employees must be higher than me. They can’t follow a basic direction like cut it in half.

Amazing food this is the second time i have gone. I order then pick u p maybe 12 mintues later and the order said be ready in 15 minutes but uts ways on time. Very happy with the establishment it's always very clean and the people are very polite. This is my favorite and I always continue to go here. For any of my sub needs I'm not going to separate anymore because this place is laid better and they have the relish that spices amazing both of my substance of the original Italian was one of them in the other 1 was in their both amazing the same system consistently the is food! Thank you guys.

Normally I love Jerseys Mike’s because they cater to people with food allergies. But today we had the worst experience. I always put No or don’t use and of the following ingredients Mustard, Mushrooms or Pickles because I am deadly allergic. So what to I did the do load my damn sandwich with pickles. What is the point of special instructions if you’re not going to follow them. Then the DM gave me attitude about it saying since it was in the special instructions then that means I wanted it. I will definitely stick to the other Jersey Mike’s on Trenton. The staff is friendly there.

Great sandwiches.....it seems stores give you the option for customizing your sandwich, including placing a name on the sandwich to distinguish the owner and how they preferred their sandwich made.....stores don't care about customized sandwiches or what name should be on those sandwiches.....often have to figure out what sandwich behind to whom.....smh.....and if the sandwich had special instructions, count on it to be a standard store sandwich

Dietary restrictions: Don't ask for a custom sandwich or bowl....seldom happens correctly, unless you are watching it being made....smh

We loved this place when we first got here last year. The last 2 times we've gotten subs, it has been massively disappointing. Barely one thin layer of meat on my subs is... Extremely frustrating and frankly unacceptable. Over $15 for a giant lettuce and bread sandwich. Won't be coming here again.
