Jersey Mike's Subs

Very fresh and well made with just the right proportions of ingredients. They workers there were amazing and friendly. Then place was very clean.

Takes amazing measures with safety for gluten free subs! Made sub in total different area to have zero risk for cross contamination. But I ordered extra meat extra cheese and did not recieve it. When I brought it to their attention the girl told me it was extra meat and I told her it wasn't. I get it all the time and know it was regular meat not extra and she proceeded to get an attitude and I told her she didn't need to be hateful or get an attitude she then asked what I wanted her to do and I told her she could just give me the meat to put on there and id be happy with that. She set it on the counter even though I had my hand out to hand it to me and I thanked her and she rolled her eyes and walked to the back cursing.

Upon entering the store, i was pleasantly greeted, the young gentlman Mr. Jason, and the Mrs. Phyllis were on duty. I requested theyre finest crafted toasted sub and they instantly went to work and delivered above and beyond the call of duty. The gave Jersey Mikes Subs Gusto!!

this order was a complete mess literally. The sandwich falling apart, soaked in sauce, and looked nothing like it should. Everything was spilling out of the bread, making it almost impossible to eat. For the price, I expected a properly assembled sub, not something that looks like it was just thrown together carelessly. Really disappointed with the quality and presentation

I love Jersey Mike's. It remains consistent in its delivery of fresh ingredients and simple subs made just like home. The only thing I would recommend is that they would really make it like home by allowing the people who make the subs throw an extra handful or two of meat onto the sandwich because if you set out to compete with Subway, you can't start acting like the competition by giving people 'breadmarines.' Throw some extra on there and forget about it!!! It will come back to you!!!

A fly landed on one of the customer’s sub. The employee’s need to cover the subs until, they are able to dress the subs. And I found a long hair in my sub.

I have never been anywhere in my life that consistently has this great of service. The employees are kind,friendly and always have a positive attitude. Not to mention they make your food in a most timely manner. The sandwiches here look like they do on TV and taste amazing. Keep up the absolutely superb service and do something nice for these employees they deserve it !

Better then subway super fresh subs only place I get my subs.

Ordered a sandwich Mike's Way for pick up and the entire thing was oiled down to the point where it was inedible that I had to throw it away

We were ordering a company paid lunch & tried to order it online, the gift card was not processing online, so we called it in and we’re going to pick it up.. when we got there to pay, it declined the gift card again- upon checking the balance, the online order processed the payment already and took all the funds from the gift card. When speaking with the employees, they refused to do anything, even with proof showing it processed.. she tried saying we placed the order in a different location (it was not, it processed at the oak grove store). Just all around unpleasant.

The employees must be higher than me. They can’t follow a basic direction like cut it in half.

Amazing food this is the second time i have gone. I order then pick u p maybe 12 mintues later and the order said be ready in 15 minutes but uts ways on time. Very happy with the establishment it's always very clean and the people are very polite. This is my favorite and I always continue to go here. For any of my sub needs I'm not going to separate anymore because this place is laid better and they have the relish that spices amazing both of my substance of the original Italian was one of them in the other 1 was in their both amazing the same system consistently the is food! Thank you guys.
