I usually LOVE Luigi’s especially this location. Today was different though. Our pizza took almost 2 hrs to get here ( yes I get volume was high at the time but 2hrs when at an hour she told me she’d be pulling up any second?) when our order arrived the pizza was subpar due to being cooler and we were missing items. The lady on the phone was short and only offered to credit the missing item (we chose to have it delivered anyway) I truly hope next time is better and her customer service skills are worked on because maybe she was having an off day.

Love the pizza, ordered extra toppings on one pizza tho and received barely any but that was the only issue we’ve ever had. We have ordered three times now and will continue.

Hair in a pizza that was already a replacement is crazy I literally feel sick to my stomach that someone’s hair was in my food !!!!!!! I’m never ordering from here again
Ordered online @7:59pm, website said food would be delivered at 8:44pm. We didn’t receive our food till 9:30pm. We live 2 miles from the restaurant. I ended up calling three times to check on our order the 2nd time I called I was hung up on. We ended up canceling our order. It shouldn’t take an hour and half to get pizza!

Pizza is pretty dang good compared to a lot of pizza chains! Wish there was more seating available for dine in but that's my only complaint. Staff is very accommodating

There’s not many restaurants that impress me so much and make unforgettable food. We haven’t lived in Oak Grove since 2016 and I still think about Luigi’s pizza. If we are ever near by again we will be coming back!!
