Don’t try and work here, the manager will make you wait almost an hour and then tell you “I have to be honest, I forgot.” They need employees but it’s clear why they don’t stick around.
Went today for ice cream at 4:30pm. As usual the Ice Cream machine was down! Does it ever work? Someone please help this McDonald’s!
Oak Grove location is a disaster! Sat there for a literal hour because we couldn’t get out of the drive through (we would have left if we could have). They weren’t that busy when we got there, they just were taking a minimum of 10 minutes to serve even one person. You’d think with the line getting as backed up as it was, they’d be dropping fries and burgers to match the demand, and that the food would at least be fresh. However, this store doesn't deliver, which is a bust for some. The drive-thru has one way in and one way out, which can feel chaotic.
