The manager was friendly the store was filthy and the food was absolutely horrible I have never had such nasty food from a McDonald's if you don't want to take pride in the product that you're putting out then quit there's other people out there that would like the job that you're doing

Always slowest on making food even if there is only one customer. Rushed me through the drive thu by not letting me finish my order. I guess they don’t know what’s on their on menu aswell? Said that we couldn’t get crispy chicken McGriddles because they couldn’t sub out the biscuit??? Even though it is its own item. I don’t know if they need more staff or just a whole rebuild of the staff. If you want to wait half an hour+ on your fast food this is the place for you. If not go somewhere else more reasonable and respectful.

Has to be the worst McDonald's in USA. From customer service to food quality this one is rock bottom. It takes 15 minutes for them to take your order then another 10-15 minutes to get your food. And if you dare say something about why it's taking so long, you are met with disrespect from the employees.

Horrible experience. Ordered at the kiosk which went ok. But had to wait about 45 minutes to get our simple order of a quarter pounder and cheese burger. But the employees that were on break got their food quickly and even had table service from other on duty employees. While at least 10 paying customers waited inside for their food
It was just as if no one cared which I’m sure they didn’t. Would recommend going to a different restaurant if you want to be able to get food in a timely manner. Or even halfway descent service. This is a restaurant where the customer doesn’t come first

This is easily the worst experience I've ever had in fast food. I put in a mobile order 30 minutes prior to arriving, after standing in line for 20 minutes I had to get someone's attention to even acknowledge that I was alive, afterwards I was told that they were waiting on chicken nuggets (because apparently 50 minutes isn't long enough to get an order of nuggets ready).. My basket of fries came out half full, do yourselves a favor and drive down the road to the next exit for your McDonald's fix.
The wait was terrible and then the order was made wrong. Attitudes were terrible, if you don't want to work there find another job.

don't know what they have changed..this is the third McDonald's I have been to recently..the burger quality is awful....dried out...almost like they are now precooked in a factory somewhere

Order took a very long time , watched a kid ask for jelly and was handed ketchup and was politely corrected only to offer attitude back . Fries ordered was a medium and a small was received and they wasnt salted . This place needs some proper management and a few new employees that actually want to work or act like it and have some care in their job .
