I ordered a #6 (2 snack wraps) COOKED FRESH and a 6pc nugget also COOKED FRESH. Not only did the order taker not ask for it to be cooked fresh, she kinda got an attitude when I said something about it. She also didn't get my #6 which was the very first thing I ordered and the fries were old. I would have kept driving until I came up on the next mcdonalds had I known service at this location was gonna be terrible!

They do not cook fresh food. It’s like it’s premade, and when it gets to you, it is cold. People spend way too much money for them to waste their money coming to a place like this that doesn’t value the consumers. I do not recommend the spot at all if you are hungry, just go down to the Next McDonald’s past this exit.

Waisted 20 minuts of my time, 10 dollars of my money and I never got my food. I gave my receipt to another customer and told them good luck. If I wanted to wait all day I would go to a sit down restaurant. It's supposed to be FAST food. If you don't have enough people to operate then don't open. Stop waisting people's time. And money!

I usually would go here after finishing my route and stopping for fuel just for the breakfast burritos, the only good thing about McDonald's. Honestly McDonald's is one of the worst fast food joints in America and has gotten worse since covid. The service here is absolutely terrible, except for the one of the lady manager in the early morning who is pretty nice and doesn't ignore everyone. I stopped going here all together, wish pilot would bring in something better. I go to the love's at exit 86 now, it's a lot better.
10 minutes from the time order was placed at the kiosk to food being ready. No receipt from the kiosk. Lukewarm fries and no sauces in the bag even though they were ordered.

This place was ran better by one person , the kids here are lazy and always screw up my order. No matter what you order and even you’re the only person there it’s pull up and we’ll bring your order out . They always forget salt and ketchup . Turned a great place into a place I hate to stop at now.

I get off work at midnight I see the workers inside I see the lady with the headset on and no one says hello welcome to McDonald's how can I help you this evening was the last straw I was at the microphone or menu board I waited there for 20 minutes no one came on the microphone to say anything but I can see the workers inside so I pulled up to the window they just ignored me as though I was not there this is my last time going to that McDonald's Burger King here I come
