Three employees; Diamond, Kiyah, and Tatyanna were so kind and considerate and made sure my stuff was all good, I was ordering for 5 people who all wanted a lot of modifications to their food and I expected them to be peeved about it. I haven’t been treated this kindly at a restaurant, much less a fast food restaurant in years and with all the modifications, nothing was messed up! So especially to these ladies but also to the whole staff, I’m grateful! My only complaint is with the app and kiosk, that you cannot add lettuce to the spicy McCrispy and you can’t add the spicy pepper sauce to the deluxe spicy McCrispy

Would give a zero Stars if option was available! Ordered 1 Americano extra shot of espresso extra cream 1/2 wait time! Had to ask for my Coffee! Upon receiving it asked if extra shot of espresso was in it! Was told yes! Lukewarm regular coffee thank you McDonald’s!!!!👎

Food fresh, clean store, pleasant staff. Time to get the food after ordering from kiosk, was very slow, but the staff apologized for the delay. Food was hot and fresh.

Consistency isn’t always a good thing… Order delivery? Driver shows up to a closed restaurant with no signs posted and restaurant obviously closed after the order was placed. Trying to place a mobile order? You’ll be lucky if you can get a combo meal without “something isn’t in stock” but ordering everything a la carte works just fine. Nobody else in line? You’ll still be asked to pull ahead to cheat the service timers. Order curbside? Expect to wait forever.
Today was a good day. Service could have been better but food was fresh.

The girl taking my order in the drive through hates her job and was extremely rude. The manager was very polite. He told me the ice cream machine wasn’t working but swapped my ice cream out with milkshakes. A girl was behind him giving me dirty looks, I’m assuming the same rude person that took my order.

The Young Females on the night shift of 12-22-2024 are very rude and talks about people over the speaker and just Very Disrespectful and Very Unprofessional and not to mention Eating Chips at the drink machine at drive thru and licking her lil nasty hands. And Couldn’t Get Our Order Right. McDonald’s Do Better!!!
