Mikado Japanese Steakhouse sushi bar

We had a birthday party made reservations, called ahead to request a good show as many of the party had never been before to a Japanese Hibachi Grill, there was no show, very poor service, and the restaurant was uncomfortably warm, we were rushed and pushed through the meal, even after being seated almost 15 minutes after our reservation. It was an absolute nightmare!

After being seated, We waited for 12-15 minutes and no one acknowledged us nor took our order. Also, they took orders on the people that came in after us. They don’t pay attention to who’s seated nor the order they seat people.

Quality of salmon was good. Make sure to try kobe roll. Isabel’s service was very kind as well. Recommended!

One of the only sushi places in town I trust wholeheartedly. Fresh fish, great produce and VERY clean. Avoid the other places in town this place is legit. Owner eats beside you occasionally to ensure QAQC.

Me and my husband normally always come here for date nights, but last night was amazing. It was his birthday dinner and I slipped away to tell the woman in the front and ask if she could notify my sever for me so my husband wouldn’t catch on to what I was doing. Although they were super busy, She had the biggest smile on her face and said “Of course, pick out a piece of cake for us to bring out” and pointed to a menu of cake slices. I chose the caramel crunch cake because we have never even heard of it but it looked delicious. After a wonderful hibachi dinner about 4-5 staff members came out to sing to him and deliver his cake slice. It was a great experience and the cake was absolutely delicious. Everything from our server, to our hibachi chef was wonderful. We definitely will continue to come back. Thank you for an amazing dinner, entertainment and delicious food.

We went to Mikado’s for an Air Assault school graduation feast! We are so glad we did. The price is what you’d expect from an open hibachi grill atmosphere. The food/entertainment was excellent. We will definitely be back. For a family of four ordering three chicken teriyaki hibachi and one sushi roll, our order was just over $100. Considering we can go to some fast food restaurants, for a family of four adults, and total almost $100 for a lot less food, I think we did great!

This is a delightful restaurant. Friendly & the food is delicious from the Mitzo soup, salad, until your entire meal is cooked in front of you. They fill your glass you never need to ask. My sister & I try to eat here as a treat when I come home. We highly recommend this restaurant. Service & food is awesome !!

I literally started barfing up my sushi before I left. It was genuinely mid sushi and I threw it up. Gross. Also, I ordered bulgogi and it didn’t arrive until the rest of my table was done. I honestly don’t recommend this place. I’m writing this review from the bathroom at work bc I’m currently barfing my brains out.
