This place is awesome is you want some fun, the rooms are ok if it wasn't for the a/c unit coming on and off very often and the thermostats being so difficult to deal with. Food is ok, service is good most of time. Several slot machines (win some most of time , but I loose it back)

Stayed on my trip home from FL to WI. Rooms are great, beds are comfortable, and staff is friendly and helpful. Casino is not real large, but still pretty good size. I always make sure this is my stopping point in my travels. It's just off I24 on Hwy 41. Easy to get to.Rooms: Very nice, clean and bed was comfortableSafety: New elevator system where you have to scan your room key before elevator will work. Parking lot well lighted.Food & drinks: A couple of self serve soda areas, gaming machines have a call button for drinks and good food served at the "Eats" food area.
Friendly casino atmosphere. No table games. Coffee shop with sandwiches and pastries. Fast food counter service offers pizza, burgers, sides, and salads. Large, clean hotel rooms. Second time stayed here. Will return.

The machines are very tight and I thought my trip was a bust until I got to meet Heather at the front desk of the hotel. She was the sweetest front desk clerk I have ever met. Went above and beyond to extend the hospitality I thought was a thing of the past. Thanks Heather. Your the best!

i'm posting my review even though i don't believe anything will change. the workers behind the counter at the casino's restaurant are the absolute worst! they play around where people are waiting to either place or pick up an order. whomever is the manager there is failing to provide the customers with good & professional customer service. you all should be ashamed of yourselves!!!!!
