My app showed order ready for pickup up. I go inside told me order was not ready yet. I waited, seen food was ready while employees talking with kids playing in the back. Finally, someone noticed my order and gave it to me. I enjoy the food as always but service gave it 2 stars.

Really good toping and taste but sorry when I say crispy and burned, I mean it!

Really really appreciate my delivery driver for braving the roads and rain to bring me pizza!! It's hard for me to drive due to my dominate hand and wrist being injured. You rock. Oh and the pizza was yummy.

Let me start by saying the place is the trashiest pizza place I’ve ever been to trash piled high, previous orders opened on the counter with the staff eating it, no consideration to any customers they were just to busy sitting on counter tops where the pizza was made and overall just a poor experience cleanliness and customer experience in its entirety and the speed was just very poor I ordered online and 30 mins later whenever I came in my order said it was finished and ready for pickup I went to pick it up and it wasn’t even done ended up waiting another 15 minutes just for a pizza and some breadsticks,

No matter how many chances we give this place, their service always disappoints. Order before last, we ordered cheese bread and a bunch of extra sauces. Received no sauces and we got breadsticks with no marinara. This order, again no sauces at all. It’s to the point that we no longer even call because we can’t trust them at all. How hard is it to check an order before you take it?

Last time I went into got carry out, every time there pizza SLAPS (it's amazingly good) 👏 🤩, they often are very on point just some dry brownies but the rest is chefs kiss, savory, cheesey, and delicious. I often enjoy their beef which is so good, rn I'm pregnant and they are our go to pizza joint, always get here on time. Advice poor the garlic sauce on the pizza even if it's cold it melts in and adds to the flavor

Dietary restrictions: They have alphrado sauce and good thin crust, so 10/10 for food you can eat along with salads and pasta options.

Parking: They have a pretty decent parking lot, it is a small place but it's a good size for carry out.

Kid-friendliness: The boneless wings are soft enough that my 1-year-old can eat them, AND the pizza is also not harsh and goes down nicely, I say this as someone who has GIRD, so my stomach is as gentle as my 1yrold, who loves taking bites of the pizza and cheese sticks with us.

Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking, up against the building parking and a ramp to the door

Always hot and fresh, we do both delivery and carry out with them and each time the delivery drivers/cashiers are so nice, and we always receive our food in a timely manner. Been ordering here since we moved over to this area in 2021. Solid every time.

The workers are always outside on their puff bars instead of actually working but there is always a 45 minute work time

Attitude ! problems they tried to give me the wrong pizza but I figured they was acting weird so I checked my food & it was wrong terrible service & this was no accident they did this on purpose that’s why I’m leaving this review don’t play with my food !
