Drive through service - staff was friendly and professional. I got my hot mocha right away. Would highly recommend their place for your hot morning cup of Wake-up! I'm so glad you had a place here nearby where I was at for the day.

Absolutely love the food and drinks and for the first two trips they were great. Since July though they have yet to get my order correct. Several different times, ordered on the app and in person and Everytime they have messed it up... I order off the menu nothing complex but apparently ordering a hot coffee instead of iced is complicated. My sister orders an iced mocha latte and they always give us white mocha. It's not one person it's every time. Unfortunately I think we are done trying.

My first time at Scooter’s and i was very impressed! The lady that took my order was very friendly, patient, and informative. I didn’t feel rushed and i was comfortable taking my time asking questions. She asked me questions to clarify what i would like and didn’t assume. When i got to the window the gentleman that took my payment was nice as well. Another gentleman gave me my cinnamon roll and stated that they’re very good (he heard me ask about the Carmelicious muffin, but i picked the cinnamon roll. ) i got my order fast and everything was to my liking. I have no complaints ! I will definitely be returning and recommending Scooter’a to my family and friends !

Amazing service, we weren’t sure if they even had pup cups. But our puppy was treated like he was royalty, even given a special chew toy. Thank you, Scooters Oak Grove!

Firstly I would like to say that I have gone to Scooters numerous times and everytime has been a pleasant experience. The food is quality and the drinks are very well made. Definitely worth the price. I wanted to write this specific review due to the kindness of an employee. Today started off incredibly bad and Josh unknowingly gave me the boost I needed to get through the rest of the day. He not only asked about how I was but offered my daughter a sticker and sucker. He genuinely seemed to care about how I was doing and not just asking to be polite. He is knowledgeable about the menu and behind kind and personable. SCOOTERS: Josh is an incredibly valued member to customers like myself. He turned my horrible morning into a manageable one. Thank you Josh and continue to be the best you and represent Scooters!

Let me first say that this place has AMAZING customer service. The young man that took my payment was kind, courteous and made conversation while I waited on my food. The Chai tea latte was good; comparable to many others that I've had from other places. But the spicy sausage burrito is TOP TIER!!

So nice to see a new business with such great qualities ❤️

I ordered a Iced caramelicious and it seemed to be already made (maybe like a couple of hours old) ice was already melted. This was my very first time trying it and was excited but I won't be going back. Customer service wasn't terrible but very short worded.

We had such a strange experience here while just driving through town. We were the only ones in line when we first pulled up. I ordered a cold brew, my husband ordered a chai, and then we ordered two smoothies without whip cream. The person taking our orders seemed VERY distracted, taking a long time between each drink order. And then when we got up there, she handed us three drinks (smoothies with the whipped cream) instead of four, which is fine, but the girls attitude when I let her know we were missing a drink was so weird! She was like “YOU ordered the chai” (when it was my husband). I tried to go through our conversation again, and she just says “you ordered this.” She was clearly not paying attention when we ordered and wasn’t willing to fix it. But then a nicer blonde girl came over, apologized, and fixed it quickly, which is why they aren’t getting a 1 star.
