Way better than Sonics in California . This kid actually came out on roller skates and did a little trick and gave me my food. It was amazing. Thank you for keeping it fun and liking your job.

We were traveling on a Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend, and had a Sonic craving. We pulled in about 2pm local time. There were 3 other cars in stalls, and 3 in the drive-thru, so not very busy. About a minute after we hit the button, a voice came over the speaker saying they would be with us shortly. We appreciated the acknowledgement and waited to place our order.

We waited nearly 10 minutes with no further communication from the speaker. At that point, we decided they were too busy to serve any more customers than they already had. We left in order not to add to their burden, and we went elsewhere to satisfy our rising hunger.

We used to love eating at Sonic, and have missed the food since moving to an area that doesn't have one. We won't be back to this location.

I didn’t walk into Sonic expecting luxury service, but I definitely didn’t expect to be treated like a problem just for existing. The manager clearly forgot they’re running a fast food joint, not a power trip. If customer service is dead, this manager is dismissive, she is the one who killed it, especially why workers quit this location.

Waited in the stall for about 20 minutea , to be told to come thru the drive thru. Chicken bites were old and slushes taste like they had just cleaned the machines. Called twice no answer. Contacted customer service and was told the restaurant would reach out, over 2 weeks later and still no response.

Just went for a snack and the carhop was nice enough to bring pup cups for my 2 dogs. They even had little dog treats on top. It was much appreciated!

Waited at the drive-in for over 20 minutes with a screaming toddler in the backseat all just to be brought the wrong food. When I told the car runner that I did not want what I ordered because of the lack of customer service, he said he would be right back. I spoke with the manager who accuse me of taking food (Mozzarella sticks) Out of the bag, but I did not take anything. She said she gave me a refund for the food that I did not receive however USAA Bank states That there is no pending return. Sonic stole money from me for an order I did not receive. I will never come back here. You all pissed my toddler and I off. We left hungry and out of money

Not the best Sonic I've been to, as far as location, but the food was decent. The bathroom was filthy. I mean like San Francisco park bathroom filthy. 🤢

I ordered doordash at 7:40 am sonic put my receipt on a small bag of French toast when I had two meals that was mentioned for a larger bag. I decided to deal with it as it was a simple mistake so I reordered and now I get half my order missing breakfast burrito the main meal and it's 10 am. Very poor experience and will not order there again
