I stop to get a fountain drink from Marathon get home and something black floating around in my soda never again

Disgusting customer service, came in on 11/7/2025. At 10:30, the lady that was working came off as nice at first, but when she got my order wrong she got the worst attitude, this lady took topping off of my sandwich and put it back into the fixings for other customer's, just gross as this is ross contamination, subway why do you allow people to make up their own rules and why are they able to say they do not accept coupons? Definitely about to loose my business.

Be sure to get a receipt if you choose this place. Charged me for stuff I didn’t even want to buy and the meat was super skimpy. I had no choice but to buy extra meat. I’ll stick to the other subways

Came in to get my sandwich re made because it was so light on meat it was laughable then the woman I presume to be the owner or manger yelled (full on raising her voice) at me for like 5 minutes explaining that it’s the right amount of meat. Not once did I get rude or yell back. I offered to pay for extra meat like 3 times before she calmed down enough to hear me and actually put extra meat on it. I paid and was on my way. Very unprofessional and childish will never return to this location again. The subway In Walmart up the road is way friendlier and cleaner then this cess pool of a subway.

Avoid, for various reasons but the scummiest is to constantly charge you dine in tax when you repeatedly state its to go.

This place is amazing they already start cooking my sandwich as soon as I walk in! Only subway I’ll go to anywhere near here!

Jack and his wife are very nice friendly people. Always make my order right. Best subway around for sure.

When I ordered my subs, I told them what meats I wanted along with everything else on the sub. Just like anyone else that has ordered Subway, I expected the employee to charge me for the closest sub to what I ordered. Instead, I was charged 9.99 for a 1-meat sub and 2.99 for any other meats on the sub and 3.49 for bacon. For 2 foot long subs, I was charged over $40!!!! Then, to make it worse, the bread was old and the cookies were not soft at all. Oh and that price did not include a meal, just 2 12-in subs and 2 cookies smh. I will never go there again!!

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PLACE. Horrible customer service, dirty establishment and dishonest owners running the place.I order cookies via drive-thru and they are so hard and dry. I then, go inside to return them and they don’t want to give me a refund but give me more old cookies. They said they were cooked yesterday but highly doubt that.They said the cookies were cooked the day prior and warmed them before giving them to you as to appear as though they are freshly baked. The cookies break as soon as you touch them and tasted stale. I ask for freshly baked cookies to which they tell me they will cook more around 2-3pm today. They offer me more cookies but they are just as dry and stale. They insist on microwaving them but I told them it won’t make a difference.

If you're not eating at this subway your making a huge mistake!!!

Not sure if the people running this location were just in a bad mood or what, but they were very unwelcoming. You can throw a stone and hit a subway around here, so I’d advise hitting up a more friendly location.

Don't order delivery. My family ordered delivery from here to get what seemed like scrapes of meat (chicken and beef). Not only was the meat completely cold, but it was maybe 1/3 of what I'd get from any other sandwich shop.
