I go here, get my sandwich made, get upsold on double meat, all to be told they don’t accept gift cards because “the machines been broken for 3 years” yeah ok sure buddy. Even if that’s true, why not put up a sign at the start to say so? Absolutely ridiculous

Since the new owners took over this location has gone down the drain. We used to eat there 1 to 2 times a week for years before 2020. Since the new staff took over it's become a place we don't want to go to. We still love subway but choose to at the food when on the other sides of town or traveling to other locations in the USA. Till new ownership comes to this location we will not patronize or will not patronize much.

They do not make their bread fresh daily.!!!! ??They use day old bread. That by the time you get 20 minutes away to your job is so hard you can’t bite it and all of the outside of the bread is flaking off like paint chips. !!!

I walked up to the counter didn’t even greet me and the worker just looked at me and said what you want with an attitude. I was the only one there. She had one ear pod in which wasn’t very professional. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. If you are working in customer service maybe actually act like you work in customer service.

This is a small Subway inside a Pilot Service Station. Subways usually make good sandwiches and this place is no exception. The staff were competent except they have a new person who speaks limited English and she gave my wife the wrong bread. If you want a good hearty sandwich, stop by.
