They do not make their bread fresh daily.!!!! ??They use day old bread. That by the time you get 20 minutes away to your job is so hard you can’t bite it and all of the outside of the bread is flaking off like paint chips. !!!

I walked up to the counter didn’t even greet me and the worker just looked at me and said what you want with an attitude. I was the only one there. She had one ear pod in which wasn’t very professional. She acted like she didn’t want to be there. If you are working in customer service maybe actually act like you work in customer service.

This is a small Subway inside a Pilot Service Station. Subways usually make good sandwiches and this place is no exception. The staff were competent except they have a new person who speaks limited English and she gave my wife the wrong bread. If you want a good hearty sandwich, stop by.

Always out of everything and the workers are straight up rude about it when I asked why they are always out of so many different things its a shame it's a nice pilot gas station but subways brings it
Second time in as many weeks that I've attempted to order food from here only to discover they are out of EVERYTHING. No bread the first time. This time no meats. Ugh. Won't waste my time stopping here again.

This Subway is located in the Pilot travel center not far from the interstate. Dorian gave us excellent service, and my chicken protein bowl was so Yum (get the garlic dressing ?-loved it!) There is a shared eating area with Wendy’s that was super clean. We would definitely stop here again.

Subway was good. Once in a while I like to have food from subway, KFC, or pizza. Let's say 2 sab 4 pizza, and 2 KFC .... in a year. Rest of time having home made food. Borsch, chicken soup, solyanka, rasolnik, lamb shanks, duck stuffed w/apple, roasted pork ribs, chicken wings, pork chops, beef stew... and few more this type of food :). But subway was good

I stopped in for lunch and had an unexpected terrible experience. I placed an order for a Subway sandwich and the person making the sandwich ( which turned out to be the store manager) was being very rude to the people in front of me ordering their sandwiches. She rushed them (and then me) through the ordering process as if she didn’t have time to treat them with respect. She rushed our sandwiches through the process and didn’t even include all of the ingredients customers were requesting. When I mentioned to her that she could be a little more kind and treat her customers a little like customers she got very defensive and told ne that I could leave if I didn’t like the service. She seems like a very angry and vindictive person. She needs to find another line of work where she doesn’t have to work with the public.
