For 45$ for 3 peoples worth the food barely had any meat or beans in any of it. Seems to be this way everytime we get it from this store! LITERALLY NO MEAT! So irritating and frustrating . You can’t even do your job correctly then just quit so you can stop wasting peoples hard earned money!

Sometimes it's great, and sometimes it's horrible. If you like to order your food from a person, dont go here. You could stand at the counter for 10 minutes. Everyone there will look at you several times and never speak to you. When they finally do, they ask you to use the kiosks.

There was a new hire working the window, I came in for breakfast. Their breakfast screen was frozen she read off all the breakfast deals while in the middle of changing headsets bc hers died . Not only was she facing multiple challenges she managed good time, and great customer service . I pulled around waiting for my hash browns , only for a minute and she was outside with my bag of foods . Before she walked inside she made sure I had enough sauce . I know there’s a waiting time before giving her a raise but she should get one ! She was an awesome problem solver while keeping up with customer service , those are rare ! Killing it girl!

Ordered supreme chicken tacos and there was no supreme about it They made regular chicken tacos but charge me for supreme Yeah I know it's Taco Bell but I ordered an iced coffee and got a rotten creamer she asked me what I wanted to do I said I guess I'll take a soda but got no refund for anything.

Was there today for pickup delivery. The staff is always courteous and kind to me.
This was horrible and I tried to call to help, not fresh! Taste is crazy! I ordered beef hard shell tacos and ,Mexican pizza and almost threw up, love Taco Bell , But I think things change for the worse 🫶🏼🙏🏼

Drove +30min to pickup an Uber eats order at 10pm on 2/20 only to find out the store closed down early. No sign or any notice posted on the doors or window so there was just a huge group of deliver drivers sitting in the drive thru and parking lot waiting. Like 7-9 different drivers waiting for absolute nothing and all the orders had to be cancelled which affects the drivers! No bueno

There is always something missing. Every time there is something wrong. Smart kids all working there, truly don’t know why the issue hasn’t been fixed yet. One time, I’ve even found a bite in my burrito. Fries are never fresh
