2 things one for the donation the lady on the register at the drive thru didn’t even ask and automatically put it on my receipt causing my account to go in the negatives second does the kitchen not care because my hard shell tacos were all broken and my burrito wasn’t rolled right. I will never go back to this location again.

Went and got food just now. I just want to say my order was made perfectly. The 7 layer burrito was amazing, they didn’t skimp out on stuff, I don’t usually leave a review but the quality of food made was great.

Don’t go to this location if you actually want meat on your food. My husband and I ordered off the app twice and both times our food came with barely any meat on it or literally no meat at all. I’m talking we might as well of rolled up a tortilla and ate it plain. I ordered a supreme taco (which you pay extra for) and it wasn’t wrapped up in the bag, just thrown in there, so all of my toppings were in the bottom of the bag when I got home. And when I say all of my toppings I mean 4 pieces of lettuce and 3 tomato’s. Also just don’t even bother ordering from the app for convenience, bc you will get there 15 minutes later and still have to sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes for them to make your crap food.
My favorite Taco Bell. Stop here all the time on my way to work in Hoptown

For 45$ for 3 peoples worth the food barely had any meat or beans in any of it. Seems to be this way everytime we get it from this store! LITERALLY NO MEAT! So irritating and frustrating . You can’t even do your job correctly then just quit so you can stop wasting peoples hard earned money!

Sometimes it's great, and sometimes it's horrible. If you like to order your food from a person, dont go here. You could stand at the counter for 10 minutes. Everyone there will look at you several times and never speak to you. When they finally do, they ask you to use the kiosks.

There was a new hire working the window, I came in for breakfast. Their breakfast screen was frozen she read off all the breakfast deals while in the middle of changing headsets bc hers died . Not only was she facing multiple challenges she managed good time, and great customer service . I pulled around waiting for my hash browns , only for a minute and she was outside with my bag of foods . Before she walked inside she made sure I had enough sauce . I know there’s a waiting time before giving her a raise but she should get one ! She was an awesome problem solver while keeping up with customer service , those are rare ! Killing it girl!
