When I walked in the employees were in the lobby playing catch. I ordered a taco salad. When I got back in the car, the salad was rotten and the tomato on top frozen. I decided to just eat the chili and discovered no utensils or sour cream.

It's a fast food restaurant at a truck stop/gas station. No one expects much from such situations. Happily, the service has always been superlative (8 visits over 4 months) and food is as good as Wendy's ever gets (which is pretty good, actually)

Took 20 minutes to get food, zero communication, order was wrong. Asked for a refund as we had to be on the other side of town and the lady covering tills refused. Food was nasty. Grease hasn't been changed in a long while.
I ordered a baked potato, got home and half the potato was rotten and smelled soooo bad! There is no way no one didn't noticed this when making!!!! Drive-thru had great customer service, but damn come on!

11:00 pm The manager is outside playing with a dog. On 2 occasions he enters without washing his hands. He takes the meat and puts it to do. And to complete it he doesn’t know how to make a refund
