If I could zero I would ! Placed a mobile Order and arrived to the location with no one in line. Got to the window and was told to pull over to mobile order and they’d bring it out . Waited about 7 minutes or so. Get home and take out one of my 3 meals and this is the nugget …. To add it was hard a rock 🤢 Mind you there was no straws in the bags , ketchup or bbq sauce. VERY DISAPPOINTED . I will NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION !

Ordered a chicken sandwich and nuggets through the drove thru. When I got to my hotel, I only had the sandwich in the bag. I was charged for the nuggets, but it wasn't worth going back for them. Lesson learned: Check your order before you leave. The sandwich was delicious, though!

I go to the one by state line road off fort Campbell . Well one day I'm at the drive thru and I asked for the cold brew coffee, it was 11:30 am. The girl said, oh they put that all up after breakfast. I said it is coffee with milk and creamer and ice. How do you not have coffee and creamer and milk, and ice then I heard another voice, when another lady at the drive thru said I'm sorry, go to second window. I will keep going when it happens again because it will happen again. I will be composed but not playing. I will be happy to see her leave. Let it happen again and I will speak to the manager and if it happens again after speaking with the manager I will take action. No joke I'm done with lil girls,, do your jobs and leave your hate and racism at home, I'm not paying for an extra nastiest attitude. Let's see.
Parking: I have no idea, not that I go there and count parking spots, but if I had to guess maybe 12 spaces.

They have a young lady working here I think her name is Jania. She was rude. The moment she laid eyes on me, she turned her nose up and started doing the mean girl, unfriendly, jealous female act. A young guy who was cooking had to come from the back just to finish serving me and to ask me if I wanted my receipt. Outside of that, my food was undercooked and rushed. My frosty was placed on the counter with the lid not properly secured & with extra frosty all over the outside of the cup. SMH Only an insecure child would get intimidated at the arrival of a beautiful woman. Just get my order right and be friendly. It shouldn’t be that difficult.
