Was located at Pilot. Later after dinner rush. Short on help. Front person looked in charge of multiple areas. We ordered double meals. No ice in machine. Fries were cold. Double cheeseburger was hot and good.

It's a fast food restaurant at a truck stop/gas station. No one expects much from such situations. Happily, the service has always been superlative (8 visits over 4 months) and food is as good as Wendy's ever gets (which is pretty good, actually)

Wendy's is. Very consistent with their food and taste. I have never had a bad meal, but nothing is great either. They have competitive prices. We did have to wait about a minute or two in the restaurant for anyone to take our order as no one was at the register.
