They got our food wrong and it was printed clearly on the special instructions never will eat there again this is 2 times I have eaten there and food was awful and wasent made right

BEWARE!!! This Subway in olive hill has to be 1 of the worst subways I have ever been too...it doesn't even deserve what I gave it and thats 1 star on the food, the service, and atmosphere...like those workers need to be fired and replaced asap...There's no point in telling the lady at the window what u want cause their just going to give u whatever they want to give u and the girl taking my order she clearly does not know anything about subway and what their deals are. Management better step in and take control b4 this place goes under and I already called this subway and told them what took place 2 days ago...I mean the total was $38 and the order not right didn't even get the right bread right on any of them...its a shame that a restaurant can't even get an order right!! So all my friends and family and ppl who read my posts stay clear away from SUBWAY in Olive Hill, KY!! WORST PLACE TO ORDER SUBS AND NOT GET WHAT U ORDERED!!

Ordered to foot-long subs last night at around 9:40 PM I told the girl what I wanted on my subs and she started making them and she told another girl to check me out because apparently they were in a hurry to get out of there. Got my food and got home and didn’t have the toppings on my sandwiches. Very poor service and they are always out of stuff

My husband ordered on the app for pickup so that we could have an easy night of not cooking. We ordered 2 subs, a cheese pizza for our son, orange juice and 2 six-pack of cookies (apparently you cannot mix and match the type of cookies in a 6 or 12 pack so I had to order 2 to get two types of cookies). I drove down to pick up the order.When I arrived I told them I was there to pick up an order and gave the name. I was the only customer in the store. There were two young ladies behind the counter working. One of them said something about being out of something which I thought was the pizza. I asked her to repeat it and explained that I read lips and cannot hear. She said it again, but was still not clear and not looking at me. I called my husband on FaceTime so that he could figure out what she was telling me. After she said it to him, he determined that they were out of cookies. I told him I think they are also out of pizza which we finally figured out was correct through no help from the employees.They refunded me for the pizza and cookies and I picked up the subs and OJ but I felt like I was bothering them actually.The subs were good. I ended up cooking something for my son, which is what we were trying to avoid in the first place lol.

The employees were so helpful and friendly. They stuffed our sandwiches. The dining area was comfortable and clean. As we were traveling through it was nice their restrooms were clean, also.
