Prepare for Disappointment!!!My girlfriend and I ordered a large pizza and breadsticks to the Carter caves lodge. After waiting for 2 hours the food never came . We had a cave tour scheduled and had to leave . We were hungry and beyond disappointed. I called and cancelled the order . After 3 weeks I never received a refund. A normal business would pay you back in that time . I called and spoke to the owner. She told me I needed to personally call and request a refund and hassled me terribly over the phone trying to assert herself and not let me speak . She went as far as to say the customer is not always right . This business is a pure money trap joke where you will be very lucky to not get food poisoning after waiting hungrily for 5 hours . I have loved this place in the past and grew up with the food . Sometimes it’s sad when true colors are shown . Please save your money and time and don’t buy from here .

For starters the staff was super friendly! I got carry out for the first time tonight and it was fair priced. Three large pizzas, one XL Cheese Breadstick and three 2 liters was 60$ We fed 11 people and the food was so good🤤 100% will drive back to Olive Hill to get again.

Literally come here quiet often and today after paying like 50 dollars for our food the older blond girl accused my family of stealing o stupid brownie bc it was to much I didn't hear it at first but called them back and she was rude went back and confronted her and she literally told me to leave when I asked her to get her boss since she wants to show her ass and make it like she's the victim she called someone acting like she was crying and saying I was being rude to her this place idc who reads it but trespassing someone for no reason what a childish thing Tyler's pizza I've always paid for the stuff we got and y'all let this woman accuse of stealing

I'm in from out of town ordered it 45 minutes from Olive Hill. The pizza just came out of oven when I arrived. As I told them how far away I was. The pizza was great and the price was even better.

They messed up some of my order then when I called in they said that they didn’t charge me for 2 of the sandwiches ohh but yes they did I know a 16 inch pizza with cheese and 1 sub doesn’t cost no $43 I originally was supposed to get 2 fish sandwiches and 1 Stromboli and a 16 inch pizza well they bought all Stromboli’s I don’t recommend eating here unless you dine in

Terrible service. The blonde older lady at the front sat on her phone for 20 minutes without taking my order, and when she finally did, she was rude and very unprofessional. After finally ordering my burger, I sat in the lobby for around 45 more minutes before getting my food. The burger had a strange taste and appeared to be sitting out for a while. Seems like they have poor management, the whole place is disorganized and messy. I do not recommend eating here.

All the food is great, flavorful. Crispy fries, tangy wings, but the crap is the best lol. Check them out and find out what I'm talking about

The food took almost 2 hours to get here when they said about 30 mins the pizza had no flavor sauce tasted like water the pizza was not made like we asked the boneless wings were hard chewy and was not covered at all in the BBQ barely any squirts on them the day before my bone in wings were nearly burnt I asked for buffalo got no sauce at all and could barely eat them i feel like they need more or better equipment workers that know what there doing and put love in to there job besides just being there to be there on top of them being two hours late it was my son's b'day and just was not enjoyable they were hungry

Go here often even though I live a few towns away. The people are always friend. If you go in the morning they always have a ton of orders from workers in the area on lunch, best to try them after noon. Their calzones are a must. Best calzone I have ever tried.
