We stopped in here, the one by kolhs, and all the tables were disgusting and they had no one here so they would have plenty of time to clean! Got a chicken wrapped and there pc plastic in it!!! Won't be back !

Terrible long wait. Drive thru only. Terrible service. You’d think if you wait 15 minutes in a drive thru at least the food would be warm. Will never be back. 👎🏽

Food would be decent if almost every time you go they didn't forget something you need to enjoy your meal. Getting all the way home to realize they didn't include your bbq sauce packet for a sandwich they don't even add the sauce to to begin with is frustrating. Especially when everything is so costly now. Double check your bag every single time you go i guess?

3 days ago I was visiting this area shopping & swang by this Arbys location upon getting my food etc the young man was handing me my change and tried to small talk me saying I looked familiar so I was like really? Oh thats nice so I didn’t realize he was distracting me from looking at my change and shorted me $4 I was nearly 10 mins away going towards my house and I actually should have turned around and went back and made them make it right immediately! I called instead which no employee encouraged me to come back they just said well we will look at the cash register tonight. So I finally get to talk to the manager who is also new to the store under 1yr experience & I told him it makes sense that he’s unaware that some of his employees are probably crooks, thieves. Im very upset I wont be visiting this location again. They can keep the $4 change filthy animals. Lol 😂
