Ben's Soft Pretzels

I love Ben's pretzels!

Twice in a row now I’ve brought my family in to grab pretzels and nothing was prepared. Last time it was we wait an hour, this time we were told a few hours. Pretzels are great when available though but we’re not going to risk making the trip out again specifically for the pretzels.

Awesome pretzel! 🥨 literally the best one I’ve ever had. No joke. Keep craving more!

Great service and tasty pretzels! Also if you get lucky they have $2 pretzel day once a month.

Pretzels are good and several varieties.

Love the product. Wanted to use a Ben’s Food truck at an event and couldn’t get a return call or message. What a shame. Must have more business than they can handle and don’t need mine.

So earlier today I thought I was posting a review on Ben’s pretzels fb page and it ended up on my personal page. As soon as I realized it I deleted it bc that’s not who I am. I wasn’t trying to get attention. The people who own Ben’s are amazing people. And I said in the review I loved their business. I just have had a lot of trouble with some workers at the Meijer location. So I tried to leave a kind review with the issue hoping they could fix it. Just now a manager from Ben’s brought fresh pretzels and dipping sauces to my house and apologized. I’m so embarrassed bc I did not mean to make a big deal or to get anything out of them. I feel terrible that it posted on my fb page. But I wanted everyone to know how above and beyond they went for such a small thing. I’ve always loved them but now even more. Everyone go get Ben’s pretzels.

some people at work where eating a bens pretzels so the next day i went and got one .it was really good and fresh I get one about once a week now.
