I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and got 2 regular cheeseburgers that had clearly been nuked because everything including the bread was burning hot. I ate it, but it sucked

I love my friendly neighborhood burger king . They really need good reliable crew members here. Wish it wasn't always a long wait for food especially when their not busy.

Lady who took our order was utterly disrespectful. When we came up to give our cash she was more disrespectful to my husband, didn’t say a word and continued to act snobby? This place needs to have better service. My hushand was nice enough to say have a great day to her even though she didn’t🤷♀️.

Drive-thru ask everyone to pull around to the handicap spot and their food will be brought to them even when there's nobody in line behind you they do this to lessen the window wait time. I assume they are graded on wait times at drive thur??
Highly unsatisfied, i would have given them half a star if i could have. Ordered 2 double sausage croissant meals through the drive thru, and was charged for to double croissant meals, when I got home and checked my meals found out that they were single sausage croissant meals, call them up right away and told them about the error and offer to take the meals back so that I could get what I ordered also told her my receipt number , the manager I spoke to said no it was OK that she would put my name on the so called book they have for this type of situation, so I go back couple days later cause I couldn't go the next day, and since they supposedly have a book with the names for orders that get messed up. Well to my surprise whe. I went in and told them my name and tell the manager that my name should be on the book for a meal that I was supposed to get, the manger tells me there is no book, that they write names on a random piece of paper, that I'm pretty sure get thrown away after the shift or get lost from just laying around anywhere, very upset , it's unprofessional and irresponsible for a business to do something like that , cause i understand mistakes get made , but for them to lie to their customers and say they have a book when in reality they don't is bad business and a bad look for them , like I said I know mistakes get made , but when something like this happened to me at McDonald's they actually have a book and it doesn't matter if you go in there the next day or a week later they keep track and good record of what happened, so that the customers are made right.. won't recommend this place to anyone i know , unhappy customer here and felt like it was wrong that they wouldn't honor their word and lied to me about having a book to keep record of what happened.. unsatisfied with this place
