When I entered the store one of the staff started vaping behind me and my asthma is very easily triggered. I got my sandwiches and the lack of veggies was disgusting. I had 1 tomato and one pickle. My burger didn't even have any cheese after I had to pay extra for it. The employees I talked to seemed to have attitudes and my presence seemed very unwanted. I've had better experiences!
Was fast and hot and they got the extra ice correct! I appreciated it!

If I could give this place a 0 I would.Just came from there and went through drive through , got my food and let me say the coldest buger and my fries were about half of what I should have gotten again fries were also colder then the ketchup that they came me and the ketchup !, I think she gave me 20 packets of ketchup but not enough fries to use one packet! And if this was the first time this happened I would say oh well ! But come on do better people my money is paying your paycheck ! Oh I ask for no pickles and I got pickles ! So hardly any fries cold at that, a cold cheeseburger, and enough ketchup for a family of 10 oh and no napkins! Come in I'm so pissed!

Employees very friendly, fries and drink good, but if I'm paying $11 for a whopper meal, I expect more from the burger. Patty was small and in pieces, never offered cheese, very little onion or lettuce, but handfuls of tomatoes and pickles which are the 2 things I said I did not want on it. Fix the burger, because I can't justify spending that on an awful sandwich

Burger he is always great best hamburgers in town good fries as well and the service is great atmosphere is wonderful the people are very friendly that's what I like and of course the food is good.

This place is a great example of what is wrong with the world today. They need better hiring practices. Employees act like idiots and look like clowns (literally). It is an absolute shame because BK has been my favorite fast food joint for a long time but I believe that I have been there for my last time. I don't want people that look and act like this touching my food.
