So I've always loved Burger King but tonight was really disappointing. My daughter and I had a coupon for 2 Whopper meals for 14.99. Our total went up to 17.66$ because it's .60 cents for a single piece of cheese. (That's insane) When we got our food our sandwiches were luke warm and our cheese was cold & tasted like that plastic off brand cheese from the dollar store. It was really nasty. No flame taste, nothing like the burger king I've eaten at my entire life. Will not eat here again. The lids didn't even fit on our drink cups. The whole experience was really gross. Do better burger king.

Came thru the drive thru and ordered three items for the three for $7. I realized my total was higher and when I asked the lady working drive thru she was very rude, told me I have to “ask” for said promotion then slammed the window in my face. It went down $4 in total.

Well I can say this the menu display wasn't working had to look up what we wanted to eat on our phones. The store was very dirty. Crispy dried pickles on the floors. Every table and seat had food and coke on it. Then our order came wife took one bite of the spicy chicken sandwich and immediately spit it out. And thats that. Will not be back to the hwy54 location.

I didn't have it my way... unfortunately. I asked for a original chicken with lettuce mayo pickle and onion. I did not have mayo, pickle and they added tomato ( to both sandwiches)

Spent $42.35 around 1030pm on 11/29/25. No other cars in line. Ordered a double whopper meal, single whopper, chicken sandwich and two orders of chicken fries. My wife's chicken sandwich and bun were ice cold, literally almost frozen and inedible. Chicken fries were old and tough, whoppers barley warm. Only one order of fries were hot and the other cold. The woman at the window was yelling at her coworker in the back. She did not give me a receipt, worst experience ever. Wish I could get a refund, won't be back.
