Went to BK on 2/14/24 at 1:15 AM so wasn’t expecting much so close to close. LET ME TELL YOU THE FOOD SLAPPED. It was so good!!!!! Fresh and exceeded my expectations! Made so well! The gentleman at the window was also SO sweet!! Great great service!!!!

Savanna and I did not catch the guy who was working the counter, was so friendly. And the food was made to order. I highly recommend their soft chicken wraps and cheese tots. ? ?

Went in an ordered from the nice counter girl she took our order and we paid. Then the Manager came out and said that the ice cream machine was already shut down and 8 and they don't close until 10.... so we had to have our money refunded and then paid again to take off the shake that my little girl was disappointed about... then the manager was looking at us the rest of time we ate like she wanted us to leave... she's a young blond... this was on December 31 at 8:00 pm
First the meals are very expensive for this town. Second ordered three meals medium size thrown together sloppy cold fries that had been sitting there for an hour and the drinks had no ice and tasted hot and nasty like they had no fizz no flavor and watered down. Ridiculous!!! Called back manager said to bring a receipt to get replaced. Went back or called first and refused to replace the meal. Said it was a week later and was too long. WHT!!! Seriously. Well the manager should have said that from the beginning. And she said she would call her manager and to call back in 20 minutes. But you know the screen calls. So when I called back they ignored me. Usually they have always answer. Lol I guess the jokes on me according to them. Very bad service. Will contact corporate!!
Ordered 2 new menu items, one was made wrong, one was so hard it wasn't edible. The other part of the order was missing. I believe by hearing the employees talk they were short handed. The person that appeared to be the Mgr in charge did not impress, she had rude comments made to other team members and lacked the ability to lead. I usually have a good visit here, usually get breakfast and it's good, tonight really wasn't that great.

If you just want a quick bite to eat Burger King is good. They normally have some sort of special deal going on if you like to save money. The fries are nothing to write home about but will do. I normally get the cheese sticks. The spicy chicken sandwich is good, it tastes like real chicken but you never know. I like the drinks here. If you have never tried their coffee drink, it's delicious. Normally the wait for the food is not long and your food is hot and ready.Parking: Parking lot available with plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: Kid friendly, children are welcome inside the store.Wheelchair accessibility: Has a wheelchair ramp to the door

I frequent this restaurant regularly & only because the service is very good. Today; however, I am not satisfied with the service I received. I work 3rd shift and stopped by this morning for my usual 2 mini breakfast burritos and french toast stix. I specifically asked for picante condiments ( didn't get) & the French toast sticks were old & hard as bricks.COMMON-MAN!
