Person who brought order to table did not greet or smile. Got my order wrong. Took back to counter to have order corrected. Not friendly. They were out of the cookie that comes with meal but offered no substitute for the people in my party. Just a “we’re out today. yea, sorry about that”

They serve the best chicken salad around, in my opinion, and a variety of flavors, it won’t break the bank!
Waited 45 minutes on soup, no one asked what we were waiting on, finally asked what the hold up was and they went and got the soup that was apparently behind the counter ready to put into a bowl at anytime. Not sure we got the right size we ordered but was already frustrated enough

I went through the drive-through this afternoon for one of CSC’s wonderful unsweet teas and also to try the new Greek goddess chicken salad. I noticed a sign on the window talking about closing early (7:00 pm) in the fall to enable their high school staff to get home safely before dark and allow them plenty of time for studies I thought this was so awesome, it made me even more proud to patronize the local Chicken Salad Chick in Owensboro Kentucky a 5 out of 5 stars for all categories!!!!
