We had a party of 6 and everyone's food was cold. Our waitress thought it was appropriate to inform us that our delayed service was because she was in the bathroom, they were out of stuff we ordered but wasn't informed of it until after everyone's food came to the table.

Dana B. was among the most conscientious servers I have ever had at Cracker Barrel. She brought ketchup with my meatloaf without me having to ask. She brought butter AND strawberry and grape jam with the biscuits without me having to ask. She brought extra napkins without me having to ask. She was friendly, experienced, and professional as she brought timely refills for my coffee and asked about my needs. Dana deserved the multiple stars on her apron and I will ask to sit in her section each time I visit.

My mother and I went there for Thanksgiving. We pre-ordered the ready hot meals for $16 a plate. Unfortunately the meal was cold and had less food than advertised and tasted so badly that I could only eat the fake turkey. The rest found its way into the trash. The problem is we couldn't afford to go anywhere else. They completely ruined our Thanksgiving. Ill never go back there again.

I ordered Thanksgiving dinner plates and the flavoring was awful and I couldn't even eat the sweet potato casserole because it was so awful and was far from being a sweet potato casserole. I didnt get my cranberry relish at all. I was looking forward to this meal for weeks and ended up being so disappointed .

I always ordered the green beans and I always enjoyed them. The last time I ordered green beans they were not edible, they tasted like they had been sitting in dirty water. I won't order them again.
