The last couple of times we visited Culver's, they got our order in the drive-through wrong tonight. The little covid shacks they built at the drive-through is to blame. You can't see that your order is right like you could on their other wider screen. They brought my order out three times before they got it right.

Very quick and efficient. The food was good quality and delivered very quickly. Would recommend.
My order was rung up wrong, i had to wait for a refund then when i finally got a refund i was parked. that was fine i understand that they get busy, but when my food was finally brought out they forgot half of the food. i had to park and come in honestly beat the purpose of going though the drive though, while at the window i could hear a woman yelling at her crew i suspect she was a manger she was a black lady with braids i think? she should probably work on training them instead of yelling about how they keep messing up. yelling won’t help! this was on sunday 10/13/24. maybe she could use some talking to or just go work somewhere else.

This Culver's was clean and inviting. The service was quick. They are handicap accessible. The food tasted good, However, the burger was very greasy. They were set up for free refills on teas and soda. Plenty of parking. Many shops around this area. I feel the price was good for the meal.
