I ordered a milkshake and while waiting the female dropped the cup on the floor, picked it up, and continued to make the shake. I asked for a refund and they acted like I was the problem. Thats absolutely disgusting!!!! It doesnt help that it was all teenagers working there who clearly wasnt trained correctly. When I come during lunch time it is great, but I will not be coming back during the evening!

They need to start doing in person interviews if they cant help when someone's link isn't working. Zoom sent the link the day before and put me in the waiting when I realized what had happened, I tried again today and when I finally got into the meeting the host ended it, notifying my application was closed and didnt help me whatsoever Not everyone knows how to work it.

Hello I was in your restaurant August the 18th and my experience was very uncomfortable as someone in recovery I didn’t expect to experience someone in leadership not be professional a manager on duty looked as if he was not in his proper state I’m placing this review because I love Culver’s and with my five year experience of being a general manager I do believe it unacceptable please follow up! We were down from Louisville,KY stopped in Culver's to eat. Employees were Not friendly ! Restaurant was DIRTY as some Employees standing doing nothing! 3-4 Employees had arms down in ice cream freezer ! This Manager needs to go Louisville & get some Pointers !

Love their burgers. I like the ketchup packs in drive thru too. The dip kind. Kids like the custard, I haven't tried it yet. Usually too full!

Went an order was not correct. The employees fixed it without any issues. Had to sit outside because of no room in dining area, but that's not their fault. I love the cheese curds.

Custard soup and other problems. Ordered 2 shakes, 2 custard with mix ins, and a malt. The malt had no malt, just tasted like a shake. The shakes and custard were very very soupy. One of the custards with peanut butter mix in had small ice chunks in it. Service was just OK, bare minimum.

Hands down best experience. Love me some culvers. Food good and greasy, always hot and fresh, drinks always ice cold and the frozen selection is amazing. Always end my meal with something cold and sweet. These people work their tails off and keep this store beyond clean. There is a reason the drive-thru and the inside is always packed out until after close.
