“I visited this store on 3/27, paid for my food in the drive through but drove off and forgot my food. I live about 30 minutes from restaurant, so by the time I got home and realized I left it, I called the store and spoke with Chris, I think the manager. He was so respectful and understanding. He told me I could come back to get it and they would re-cook it. I have never had a bad experience in this store, customer service is great, food is always good. The lady that waited on me this particular night at the window was super nice too. I just want to thank Chris and the staff for being incredibly kind. You all deserve recognition and raises!“
“Service is usually super slow but this morning they were on the ball & they have the best breakfast platter in town especially for the $$$$$ AWESOME... LESS then $9 bacon, (cooked my way)eggs, TWO biscuits,hashbrown, large coffee & I added gravy on the side... So NO PICS... LOL CAUSE IT WAS GOOOOOD!!!!“
“This DQ is the best one in Owensboro. Today I went through the drive thru to get my weekly Blizzard. I always get a Medium because I’m a creature of habit. But the girl at the window gave me a large and told me that she remembered the last time I came through she had gave me the wrong size and wanted to make up for it.
I didn’t even remember it until she said something. I’ve worked fast food and know how stressful it can be so when the size was wrong I just didn’t sweat it. Cause I’ve been there.
But she remembered! THAT is dedication to service and shows she wants to be as good at her job as she can. I will NEVER go through a different DQ drive thru. And the only thing bad about this whole deal…is I can’t even remember her name. ????♂️??♂️“
