We are not sure if they make the blizzards far in advance for the drive thru but every time we order a blizzard they are always melted. No matter what you are waiting in line at drive thru but when you pull up to the window your blizzard is already done and melted?? Maybe make them right when they come up. You’re waiting in line anyways? Ours was completely melted this last time and I looked at her like are you kidding me and she said “dont look at me I didn’t make it”. The blizzard was basically milk and the whip cream was dripping down the cup. No napkins or anything.
We have drove to the Frederica location and got back over to this area and there blizzards are still together.
The car in front of me. They dropped his box of food on the ground outside by accident and still gave him that one and not a new one?
Maybe get colder refrigerators or make them when the person arrives at the window

I got a large New York cheesecake blizzard and it was good but had NO strawberries I was completely disappointed I went home and cried for days. Very disappointed in this. I’m suing this department and every DQ in Owensboro.

The service was horrible, the place was sticky and didn’t feel clean, it’s 9:30 I asked for gravy apparently they “ran out” and then gave us a cup of it barely half full. Also, asked for marinara paid for it, didn’t receive it. While I was waiting for my food I saw two boys playing with the ice cream machine on TOP OF THAT, it took almost 20 minutes for me to get my food, I understand things happen and how the food business works, but in reality these people are lazy.

This DQ is the best one in Owensboro. Today I went through the drive thru to get my weekly Blizzard. I always get a Medium because I’m a creature of habit. But the girl at the window gave me a large and told me that she remembered the last time I came through she had gave me the wrong size and wanted to make up for it. I didn’t even remember it until she said something. I’ve worked fast food and know how stressful it can be so when the size was wrong I just didn’t sweat it. Cause I’ve been there. But she remembered! THAT is dedication to service and shows she wants to be as good at her job as she can. I will NEVER go through a different DQ drive thru. And the only thing bad about this whole deal…is I can’t even remember her name. ????♂️??♂️
