One of the best fast food restaurants in town. I like how it has stuck with the older aesthetics making it feel different from all the other fast food restaurants that have the “modern” look. The employees are generally friendly and the food quality is what you’d expect from a Dairy Queen. Overall I like to hit this one as often as I can.

The cooks don't wear hair nets but they have long hair (nasty)! The people are rude they don't have patience when trying to order your food! You pay $4.79 for a mini blizzard and it's only half full! I don't recommend this DQ to

Dairy Queen on new Hartford Road has very rude service at the drive through The young employee was very short with me and interrupted me twice and had an attitude the entire time I was trying to give my order to the point where I drove off and probably won’t be back. Smh very unprofessional.
Very retro Kentucky Derby decor makes it feel vintage.

I definitely prefer this DQ over the other two in town, especially the Frederica one. The design is the “retro” DQ, which I love (especially the atrium area), and the place is clean overall. Out of the three DQs in town that we’ve ordered blizzards from this location makes the best ones! I’ve only ordered food from them once and it was the freshest and hottest DQ food I’ve ever had! I will definitely choose this one every time I want DQ! I will say the two times so far we’ve been there there hasn’t been any music in the dining room which hinders the atmosphere and they could use some fine tuning (a few missing ceiling tiles and a missing menu board screen) but otherwise I love it ??
