Online ordered. Waited till ready got there. They had given out my chicken to someone else. Pizza was done then had to wait on chicken. Made them make pizza over. Total wait I'm store 45 minutes.

They will burn your chicken alfredo every time at the frederica location. Ask to get extra alfredo sauce, and that's a hard NO. NOT ALOUD! Their other location is amazing, and the people are awesome there 🙌

Stick with the pizza and bread. It’s always good. Wings were not cooked all the way. Didn’t have hardly any meat either and barely drizzled with sauce. The cheese dip with marinara wasn’t even half full. Waste of money.

Waited almost 3 hours and never received our order. Tried calling for over an hour and no one answered. Went in and was told they couldn't find the order. Never tried to make it right with a new order so I asked for a refund. They could have at least offered to make the order right. Most likely won't order from here again.

Lady on the phone was very rude. My husband got charged 2 times and they won’t give him his money back ?
The people are great, The problem is with the product. The pizza is absolutely disgusting tasting. Tastes like dog hair or something inedible. It’s been years since I’ve tried it and I will never go back. How can anyone mess up a cheese pizza? 50$ down the drain. Don’t want the money back and I certainly don’t want free food. I’d rather eat a warm bucket of hamster vomit.

I have to give the manager of this location some props. I think her name is Crystal? Regardless of terrible employees or just being short handed, she really cares. She makes up for mistakes that aren't her own and just all around kicks a$$. I hope she can get employees that even give 10% that she does.

Had the New Yorker and was impressed by the taste. Everyone if you haven't should give it a try. I like the marinara sauce instead of the robust tomatoe ? they normally put on there pizzas ? unless told otherwise.
