Called in a pickup order thru the automated ordering system. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Went to pickup at the drive thru and no one knew anything about my order. Claimed they looked and nothing showed up for either the Parrish store or theirs. Looked on my phone later and there was a text saying my order was cancelled. Don't know how they screwed my order up but won't go back again.

Pizza, meatballs sub, and "jalapeno" poppers were not good. Everything was room temp. Jalapeno poppers tasted like soreno peppers. I will not be coming back.

I had one star but I increased it due to the service getting better. The guy that works the front a lot always has a smile and is super polite.
Just a tip to the store, but if someone orders online and they order more add-ons than is allowed (which we accidentally did) … CALL the customer please. Or if you can’t, wait until they get there to ask them what they want instead of assuming.
We accidentally ordered an additional veggie, and they replaced the only meat with it. 🤡
Also, the first time I had the jalapeño and bacon it was good, but the 2 times after that it was super super super spicy. What’s up with that?
ps you put too much marinara sauce on the food. It’s all I could taste
On a positive note, the cinnamon bread sticks are usually very good. I definitely recommend those

The pizza is probably the most disgusting pizza I have ever eaten. the sauce was sweet, why i dont know, and the cheese tasted like a low-grade cheese. There pepperoni to the edge pizza didn't go to the edge either. The chocolate chip cookie tasted like granulated sugar. The only thing that was good was the cinnamon bread sticks.

The pizza was good, but it has this convenience store essence. Like it was cooked in a quick cooking oven. They also couldn't get all our pizzas out to us at the same time. We had to wait a bit long for service as well. We're not sure we'd come back.
This was my first experience at Donatos for lunch. The food was good (chicken bacon ranch sub) and reasonably priced.
Vegetarian options: Salads, vegy pizza
Parking: More parking to north side of parking lot.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome.

Pizza is just okay and not worth nearly $20 per pie + delivery fees. The price vs quality is extremely disappointing. Its not bad pizza, but its also not better than a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Also, you should disclose that you use Doordash to deliver pizzas BEFORE checking out. I would not have placed my order at this location if I had known this. It was not mentioned on the website, but after i paid, I got a text message from Doordash stating they'd be the ones delivering & the time frame was longer compared to the original email from Donatos. The dasher was rude because we were paying in cash despite tipping well.
