Ordered through doordash and they forgot something. When I reordered it, they sent me a little note with it❤️ and that's why I'd go to dunkin a million times before I go to Starbucks

The mornings are great, after noon, the coffee, food, and service take a dive. From ordering hot lattes and getting them ice cold (in the hot cup) to getting orders wrong, to being upset that the order is wrong, to giving people other people's orders, to poorly assembled food. I highly suggest staying away after noon, because the morning time is when they shine. Perfect orders, friendly folks, tasty food.
Also, when did the lattes begin feeling so watered down?...

This location is very busy but they work quickly. If you order through the app, you can park in special mobile pickup spots on the side of the building and run in fairly quickly. But even if you sit in the drive thru line, they work fast, too. Friendly staff and my iced coffee tasted perfectly! Definitely going back.
