Kayela was one of the best hostess' we have ever had! She was outgoing, polite and extremely helpful to me and my family! She alone will make us more apt to come back! The food is always fresh, hot, correctly served and amazing. Definitely recommended!

Amazing food and service. Im not sure if we just came in at a bad time. But the dinning area wasn't very clean. Most the tables where not clean, an still had dirty dishes on them. Some tables just hadn't been wiped down .

It was awful. They’ve changed something. Idk what but it’s not tasty anymore. Price wasn’t bad but me and my neighbor went yesterday and were both sick the rest of the day. I even had dry heaves at Walmart! Idk what did it but both of us were sick. Never again!!

I havent ate at Fazolis in over 20 years and I will say the food was okay unfortunately, my husband pasta was cold in the middle. My club sandwich was good. Not sure that its someplace I would return to being that its quick microwaved food. I hate that most restaurants got away from actually cooking on a grill. Overall everything was good.
My deepest condolences again to the cashier as she was so kind in saying she loved that my husband and I were dressed alike in purple 💜 and asked what was the occasion we kindly told her my mother in love passed away. The look in her eyes was so apologetic to learn that her mother passed away the day before 😔. I pray that God heals her and her family.

Horrible employees! Nobody “knows how” to do their jobs.
Fast and courteous service. Very clean the dining area and restroom. Only complain about the restroom was no diaper changing station in the men’s room.

I ordered thru door dash. Ive always thought they were expensive but DD had a deal going on so I bit. The food actually arrived hot & the portions were HUGE! I also got a piece of their orange cream cheesecake. It was FIIIIRE! But it was tiny. I was very disappointed. Ugh. But over all it was a pretty good experience.
