Showed up last minute on Sunday, everybody was looking at me like what the heck we’re closing..I completely get it and I would’ve never left a bad review (that I really hate to do) had the food been better! I ordered the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and I didn’t taste but SALT!!! I didn’t like the meal and had to trash it out unfortunately. I doubt I will be visiting again!

Went through the drive thru I ordered 78 dollars worth of food. The spaghetti sauce had metal looking shavings in it which has happened before and they said it was from a cooking utensil they then threw away so a year later it happened again ... The bread sticks were not good they were hard very weird for them... Tea was horrible what did y'all do to the tea !!!? Pizza we ordered cheese a regular size cheese pizza... Why was there pepperoni??? We don't eat pork ... The cheese cake was good

First time at this Fazoli's. We (my husband and I) were greeted warmly. Our food arrived fast and the order was correct. Seemed short of help clearing tables, but there was ample booth and table seating if you didn't look at the floor under some of them (see photo). Can't beat the breadsticks for the dine in price of a meal. Self-serve drinks, silverware, napkins. Alfredo sauce was unusually thin and bland. My husband said his spaghetti with meat sauce had an off taste. Not what we have come to expect from Fazoli's.

Always a good taste, the kids really enjoy this place. The last time we was in there we was waited on like we was at a sit down restaurant I was really impressed and thi time thy seem to be much more occupied.We did not receive as much attention at the table nor asked if wanted more breadsticks.Will be back again tho.
Edna Case is by far the best customer service employee i have ever met, she was so friendly and sweet she went above and beyond to make sure she we had what we needed and had a smile on her face the entire time, thanks Edna for making our experience amazing!!!! I have had some really bad experiences at much higher dollar restaurants here in the last month Edna would be a great trainer when it comes to customer service I hope you recognize Edna for all that she does!!!!!!
