Very inconsistent. You never know what you’ll get.
Update to July 2025: the facilities are never kept clean, it always smell smells like a sewer system or drainage issue is going on. As you walk in, there is clearly some sort of drainage issue that creates a puddle at the front door.
Staff are very cordial, but not polite. Everybody has a RBF.
My kids love this place, but it’s entirely too expensive to not get a friendly and inviting experience
They also no longer have crayons and coloring sheets out front, so it’s not nearly as fun as it used to be!
